同里湖度假村

We were happy with our stay here. The room was nicer than it looked online, and the hotel was really clean. There are playrooms for young children that are free (3 rooms with some different toys in each room). The rooms are a bit old and tired, but my 2 year old enjoyed playing there and requested UK hi back lots of times. For parents it is just great to have somewhere for your kid to play and have fun, especially as the weather was very cold when we went! Outside there is a play area and sand digging pit. Location is walking distance from Tongli old town. Restaurant does evening buffet, and buffet breakfast. The food is fine, more Chinese than western, my husband really liked it and my favourite part was the Beijing roast duck at dinner. The pool is warm, with floats and rubber rings to borrow. There is a little land train, it takes a 10 minute trip around the hotel grounds and the cost is 20RMB for one adult and child. For me it was very boring but my son loved it 😂The staff are very warm and friendly, everyone is very professional. Each guest is connected to a butler on wechat before they arrive so you can easily send a message and get some help. Our butler is Yu Ting and she helped us very professionally.For me, the things the hotel can improve are (1) the animal petting zoo - by western standard the facilities for the animals are not very good, just concrete enclosure with hut. For foreigners, we do not really like this. (2) We had a problem with the other guests smoking in the hotel, eg in the coffee bar. When I complained to the staff they tried to stop the guests, but even though they repeatedly reminded them to stop, the other guests continued. In the end they arranged for me to move to a private room near the bar where I could avoid the smoking. I was very grateful that they found a solution for me and my baby, but I am speechless there are such guests who flagrantly break the rules and the hotel cannot stop them. We smelled smoke in some different public areas, so maybe this is a problem with several guests 🙁Overall we are happy with our stay and it is a good place to spend a few days with kids.

We really liked our stay at Tongli resort. Our two kids aged 2 and 4 loved the parent-child rooms with slides and beautiful decorations. There are also various kids play areas in the resort. What impressed us most was the service. Miss Zhou Zhou, our contact at the resort, helped us with everything including transportation, restaurant reservations, birthday party arrangements. All staff at the resort were very nice and professional. They made us feel very welcome. We’d like to stay here again on our next trip to China.

我们真的很喜欢在同里度假村的住宿。我们两个2岁和4岁的孩子很喜欢这里的亲子房，里面有滑梯，装饰也很漂亮。度假村内还设有各种儿童游乐区。最让我们印象深刻的是服务。我们在度假村的联系人周周小姐为我们提供了一切帮助，包括交通、餐厅预订、生日聚会安排。度假村的所有工作人员都非常友善和专业。他们让我们感到很受欢迎。我们想在下次中国旅行时再次住在这里。

大年三十全家开车过去，上海过去1个多小时的路程，到酒店就收到了酸奶和玩具，让孩子们很开心。进房间后发现，酒店还给小儿子准备了儿童床，很温馨的感觉。晚餐很丰富，该有的都有，日式料理也很新鲜，吃得很满足。第二天早上早饭过后，又去了儿童乐园和游泳池，儿童乐园的玩具很多，适合小一些的小朋友，游泳池的水温非常适合小朋友，服务员很到位，一直在给我们拿鞋，非常好。这家酒店非常适合亲子游，环境也好，周边还有一个古镇游玩，我们还会去那里度假，推荐哦！

听说同里湖二期是华东最佳亲子酒店。观察了很久，在携程网评很高。价格在节假日也是天价。一直想去体验，很巧9月初有空就带着孩子来住了。定好房间后第一时间打了个电话到酒店总机，想确认一下一些细节。让我诧异的是接待挺有礼貌的姑娘跟我说了一半突然来了句，对不起先生，我先接个电话，然后把我直接晾在电话一边，等了两分钟我直接挂了，很快接线员又回了过来跟我抱歉。整个通话过程无懈可击，很有礼貌也对酒店设施设备很了解。但当中这个插曲很减分。2号早上10点我们就到了，保安，礼宾，前台接待态度很好，也很快就给了我们房卡，房间有一股明显的霉味。装修显老气。一期中餐厅价格合理，服务很好，但菜做的一般。我们两天点了一道菜油爆虾，做的完全不一样。自助早餐人多，结束了早了点，基本度假酒店都11点结束，这里10点就结束。儿童乐园很大很多，孩子玩的很开心。离同里古镇走路20分钟，晚上去不要门票。总结一下，硬件一般，服务很好，1000以内周末可以接受，再高就性价比不高了。

酒店挨着同里湖，占地面积不小。同里湖虽称不上有多美的风景，不过整体环境还是不错的。酒店的硬件设施比较新，特别是自动马桶有点儿意思。这家酒店的另一个特点是儿童游乐设施比较多，看来比较适合亲子度假，但我这次是开会入住就没什么体验的机会了。早餐还不错，种类挺多，午餐和晚餐都是在外面餐馆吃的，往同里古镇的方向走大约5分钟路边就有很多小餐馆。从酒店走到同里古镇大约要15至20分钟，古镇白天要门票，晚上收票的下班后就可以随便进了。

最近很多人推荐这个酒店，周末就过来度假享受亲子时光来了。地理位置离同里古镇不远，但是周围还是很荒凉，没有入流的餐馆和便利店。酒店房间还算干净，但是装修略为老气，对于1000元左右的房价来说略感不值。|我们在这里享用了晚餐和早餐，晚餐品种非常丰富，各种海鲜以及火锅，还有小朋友们喜爱的巧克力瀑布，不过传说中的海底捞式的服务没看出来。|儿童乐园十分低龄化，4岁以上的孩子没有什么项目可以玩的。泳池倒是不错，小水池水温有33度，十分适合小孩，安全员以及更衣室服务员也很尽责，一直在提醒孩子们穿好拖鞋，并及时摆放好鞋子。

This is my follow up review from my last visit at Apr 2017. Having had a super experience the last time round, i decided that we should return for our spring trip. However, we did not experience the kind of warmth that we felt previously. As usual, the concierge and front desk staff welcomed us dutifully. The hardware was more or less in the same condition as before. The 2 sinks and automated WC was great. Rain shower though was spraying all over the place. Beds were comfortable. Mosquito nets were available from preventing insects from flying in. The hotel, though, was hosting 2 conferences at this time and it felt like a market place after 5pm. ||||We had dinner at the buffet restaurant. It was poor, i never recalled it to be that poor. For 188 RMB it was bad value for money. The skewers were cold and seemed undercooked. The salmon sashimi was low quality. The only positives were the dessert. We visited the japanese restaurant at Tongli Lakeview Hotel instead on the second day. It was a much better experience minus the crowd. The F&B staff were impeccable the previous visit. They even offered to wash our kid's cutlery. This time round, that did not seem welcome and they did not quite proactively engage. The restaurant at Phase 1 had staff that were not knowledgable in the food. ||||We were given 1 voucher each for entertainment. This included 50 token at Naughty Bear, their arcade room, bumper car ride, carousel ride, VR game. We had 5 adults were couldn't finish them. And oh.. they also built a small animal enclosure at a corner with peacock, pig, rooster, goats and rabbits. Go early in the morning to feed them cabbage. ||||In conclusion, the hardware remained good but it has lost what made it excellent which was to provide guests with an unforgettable experience.
