The hotel is stunning,elegant and peaceful. I loved the convenience of having my order delivered by a robot. A lady called Xiao Ji was extremely hospitable, she made my stay at the hotel so much easier, as she was able to communicate with me in English. I’ll definitely visit again.

酒店令人惊叹、优雅、宁静。我喜欢由机器人送货的便利。一位名叫小吉的女士非常热情好客，她让我在酒店的住宿变得更加轻松，因为她能够用英语与我交流。我一定会再次访问。

This hotel is one of the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in many 5 star hotels). The scenery is really beautiful and the interior of the hotel is very elegant. The food was very good, although there are not many Western options available for dinner.The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating, particularly the hosts of the restaurant and the front desk staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

这家酒店是我住过的最好的酒店之一（我住过很多五星级酒店）。风景真的很美，酒店内部也很优雅。食物非常好，尽管晚餐没有太多西式选择。工作人员非常乐于助人，乐于助人，尤其是餐厅的主人和前台工作人员。我强烈推荐这家酒店。

I just checked in on 3 April 2019 , Very nice for this place and beautiful location for Jiyang Lake . Can I give one more star?
