苏州阳澄湖维景国际度假酒店

5月5日入住的，因为是新装修开业的，所以硬件设施都很好。不逊于以前入住过的五星酒店。大厅还一点点淡淡的装修味道，但房间里很干净，没有装修气味。安排在三楼的豪华湖景房，阳台有十多平米，而且有四五米高，因此对着湖面视野相当好。里面的一些设计很人性化，比如触摸性感应钟，一摸会亮，便于看时间。提供的晚餐和早餐味道都很不错。虽然入住人少，但品种还是有保证的，而且很精致，每样一点点。大堂经理后来告诉我如果有剩下的都是给员工们享用的，绝对保证新鲜。而且能根据顾客的要求进行调整，比如我素食，酒店也能照顾到我的需要。员工态度都很友好，非常耐心细致。下午我外出忘记关阳台门，她们利用我外出的时间很紧凑地进行了整理，同时留了晚安卡和巧克力，感觉很温馨。要出去湖边前台小姐一路把我领到了湖边，感觉和原来住过的星级酒店比，可能是新开的，顾客人不多，所以服务更细致周到。像餐厅的宝宝椅，都能很细致地按较大宝宝和较小宝宝两种安排。以后还会带家人过来玩，也会介绍给朋友们。

非常愉快的一次度假体验，周日入住，而且是淡季，酒店人不多。房间很大，加80元每间升级了湖景大床房。大堂里有儿童乐园，投篮的游艺设施。客房里有很多免费的东西，可以下棋、打牌、玩魔方什么的。酒店服务特别好，热情周到，以后一定是回头客，会再次入住，非常适合家庭出游！

酒店所在的地方好像是叫阳澄湖旅游区，目前开发还不完善，这家酒店耸立在一大群农家院中间，典型的度假酒店，因为开业时间有点久了，所以房间内家具稍显旧，床品很舒适，房间也够大，洗漱用品都不错，最值得说的就是服务，

We stayed in this hotel 10/25 with our tour. It was a lovely venue. The room was huge, the bed comfortable, the room was clean and well furnished, it was quiet. Only drawback, room was very warm and we were not able to cool the room down to our satisfaction. Breakfast offered lots of choices and the food was good. We arrived at night, so had no idea about the surrounding areas. Woke to a charming view of a lake nearby with local folk fishing from small boats. Enjoyed our one night stay.

Stayed here one night on way to Shanghai. This hotel was very pretty, had well appointed and clean rooms. While a bit warm, we were able to open our window and experience a nice cool breeze coming in from the lake. The breakfast offered quite a few options (although the coffee was like lightly dark cool water). Service was excellent; and, staff were smiling, seeming genuinely happy to serve. Getting to our room was an adventure because of the spread out nature of the resort. ||||Would stay here again!

The Grand Metropark Hotel was indeed grand. An excellent 5 star hotel. We were here for one night on a bus tour and were given the deluxe twin room which was enormous, well appointed and luxurious. Service was excellent and so was the breakfast buffet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to this region.
