Ms. Judy Zhou and Ms. Gloria Helian provided outstanding services. Their warm smiles, patience, and assistance made my check-in process smooth and delightful. The late check-out they helped and arranged due to my night flight was immensely helpful. Their professionalism and genuine care truly stood out. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Thank you for brightening my days with your kindness. I stayed here few times but never reviewed yet. Beautiful hotel but needs a lot of training for the staff- even though they are all friendly. Room’ is well maintained but the exterior sides of the windows are so duty. Check in takes long time for my business colleagues. Arranging taxi became complicated and time consuming. Domestic guests were not waiting in line. Hotel staff must enforce discipline. Breakfast staff need training. Very few speak English and this is less than Sofitel standard. Coffee comes without spoon and delivers to the wrong table. Another domestic guest asks for coffee, he was told to help himself from coffee machine. Location layout of dishes needs to be improved. .Salads are far away in the corner.quality foods are OK.

Considering the city, this is the best available hotel with 41 floors. View from higher floors is too good. Rooms are exceptionally good, nice big gym, buffet is typical Chinese but lots of variety. Very minimal options for vegetarian or people from India like me hahaha 🤪

Front desk has little idea about what Platinum member can get. The upgrade is only one level, without detailed explanation about what previlege platinum can get. I didn't feel to have a special consideration as platinum member, except the welcome food amenity.

前台不太清楚白金会员能得到什么。升级只是一级，没有详细说明白金能获得什么特权。作为白金会员，除了迎宾食品之外，我并没有觉得有什么特别的考虑。

床品不错，提供舒适的睡眠体验，早餐出品可以，质量好，食材新鲜。可以打包咖啡，挺人性化的。服务挺好的，特别感谢Zhang经理，谢谢！希望有机会下次再来！

Really nice hotel in a great location attached to the mall and surrounded by lots of great food. Service and amenities are amazing too!
