三清山希尔顿度假酒店

The only good thing about the hotel is the beautiful location and Hilton standard rooms overlooking the cliff. Ropeway is 5 mins walk from the hotel, lovely place to hike. The service is pathetic. The AC was not working and even the technician came twice at night, he couldn't fix the AC. Only after I asked for a room replacement, was the AC fixed next day. The room service came to clean the rooms but didn't take the used towels and didn't wash the cup/plates. I had to call him again to do this. The trash can was emptied but still there was trash lying around. The bed was made but looked messy. Room service menu is showing on TV but when we scan the QR code, 75% items are not available. I mean I can go on and on. I have never experienced such service in any of the Hilton hotels.

Little to complain. Excellent location to visit Sanqingshan. Great Hilton service by the staff. Nice, clean and we'll equipped room. One negative would be the lack of food options, especially for western meals that I understand I have to pre-order in the day if I want it for dinner because the western chef is not available whole day.

We enjoyed our two night stay at Hilton Sanqingshan. The hotel was quiet and some of its restaurants are not open at present due to reduced tourist numbers. The room was impeccably clean however and the hotel staff did their best to help us coordinate our day trip to see the mountain and to arrange our transfer back to our train. The village is very quiet but the locals are incredibly friendly and eager to welcome tourists from the cities and overseas to show off the amazing beauty of the area.

我们在三清山希尔顿酒店度过了愉快的两晚住宿。酒店很安静，由于游客人数减少，部分餐厅目前尚未营业。房间非常干净，酒店工作人员尽最大努力帮助我们协调我们的一日游去看山并安排我们返回火车。这个村庄非常安静，但当地人非常友好，热切欢迎来自城市和海外的游客来展示该地区的惊人美景。

First impression entering the hotel; lack of the typical Hilton scent, and overall 5 star appearance. The lobby has several stands promoting things I can’t tell what is was in Chinese. This is typical in many Chinese hotels but it lacks the 5 star ambiance. Furthermore, near the lobby bar is a nice dessert cabinet filled with Pepsi and mineral water….why? and next to the entrance some ridiculous game boxes that makes no sense. The room was ok, good size and no issues, good cleaning. The pool was ok too but with a small and rather boring gym next door. The dinner buffet was good and for the price which included free flow of a SA mediocre red wine and beer nothing much to complaint about. The poorest part was breakfast and that was depressing, especially for someone expecting a bit of western and Hilton quality, bread selection poor. It’s ok to have a limited selection but at least make the limited selection good and fresh og the day, don’t serve 2 days old bread, that is unacceptable.

进入酒店的第一印象；缺乏典型的希尔顿香味，整体外观是五星级的。大厅里有几个摊位，推销一些我不知道是什么中文的东西。这在许多中国酒店都很常见，但缺乏五星级的氛围。此外，大堂酒吧附近有一个漂亮的甜品柜，里面装满了百事可乐和矿泉水……为什么？入口旁边有一些荒谬的游戏盒，毫无意义。房间还可以，大小合适，没有任何问题，清洁也很好。游泳池也不错，但隔壁有一个小而无聊的健身房。自助晚餐很好，而且价格还包括无限畅饮的南澳普通红酒和啤酒，没什么可抱怨的。最糟糕的部分是早餐，这令人沮丧，特别是对于那些期待一点西式和希尔顿品质的人来说，面包选择很差。提供有限的选择是可以的，但至少要确保有限的选择是当天新鲜的，不要提供两天前的面包，这是不可接受的。

Just wonderful place. Come there 3rd time and it always just perfect. Staff exceptionally friendly and very professional, all questions solved just on the fly. The breakfast rich and tasty. Swimming pool just amazing place to rest after long trail in mountains. Strongly recommended for those who wants to explore SanQing mountains and do that in relaxed way during vacation.

真是个好地方。第三次来这里，总是很完美。工作人员非常友好而且非常专业，所有问题都可以即时解决。早餐丰富又美味。游泳池是在山上长途跋涉后休息的好地方。强烈推荐给那些想要在假期轻松探索三清山的人。

物有所值, 酒店位置很近索道. 設施房間十分完善. 徙步三清山後回來一個浸浴是一大享受!露台面對山很舒服寧靜每位員工也很友善細心一個很開心的旅程

Great location next to the cable car. Friendly and helpful service. Some staff speak English. Rooms are very spacious and have a great bathtub. Those with a balcony have a lovely view of the mountain. Indoor pool and sauna are nice but get busy around 5pm when everyone comes back from the mountain. Breakfast buffet is decent. Would recommend to anyone staying in Sanqingshan!

位置很好，就在缆车旁边。友好而乐于助人的服务。部分工作人员会说英语。房间非常宽敞，有一个很棒的浴缸。设有阳台的客房可欣赏美丽的山景。室内游泳池和桑拿浴室很不错，但下午 5 点左右大家从山上回来时就很忙了。自助早餐很不错。会推荐给所有住在三清山的人！

We had a very pleasant 2-nights stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful and matched mountainous location perfectly. Choosing room with a balcony was also a good choice. It’s convenient to take a cable car to Sanqing mountain right behind the building. The hotel offers a nice pool (little cold for our liking but still great to have it to relax) and a great play area for the kids which our child enjoyed a lot. When we were there the hotel was almost deserted, they served us breakfast to-order and had few buffet items. The quality of the stuff served was good. Overall great stay but the area leaves a feeling of being deserted, hope Hilton can survive low flow of tourists. There aren’t many dining options around the hotel yet we didn’t try their restaurant.

我们在酒店度过了非常愉快的两晚住宿。房间很漂亮，与山区的位置完美匹配。选择带阳台的房间也是不错的选择。楼后面就有缆车去三清山，很方便。酒店提供一个漂亮的游泳池（对我们来说有点冷，但仍然很适合放松）和一个很棒的儿童游乐区，我们的孩子非常喜欢。当我们在那里时，酒店几乎空无一人，他们为我们提供早餐，自助餐很少。提供的东西的质量很好。总的来说，住宿体验很棒，但该地区给人一种荒凉的感觉，希望希尔顿能够在游客流量较少的情况下生存下来。酒店周围餐饮选择不多，但我们没有尝试他们的餐厅。
