Nice hotel,However the Room Service Menu which was supposed to have western items did not.On asking the question why was told that the restaurant was Chinese and was unable to produce any simple Western dishes.Hotel employees were all very helpful.

不错的酒店，但是客房服务菜单上本来应该有西餐，却没有。问为什么的时候，被告知餐厅是中式的，无法提供任何简单的西餐。酒店员工都非常乐于助人。

在这住了很多次，不管是自己还是招待朋友这都是保定地区唯一的选择。|开业一年，从最开始的不完善到现在整体都很优秀可以看出，酒店的管理团队在努力让这家逸林变得更好，口罩的大环境下已经做的很不错了。每次在前台CI都非常热情，入住期间经历会致电询问有何不足，非常用心。|唯一的槽点在于酒廊，不管是下午茶还是欢乐时光都不太好，可能是因为保定的钻卡会员太少导致的，建议给金卡酒廊待遇并提高酒廊水平，或者周末给钻卡二楼自助餐待遇。|非常希望管理团队继续努力，让这家逸林成为中华地区口碑最好的酒店。

Front desk deserved to be mentioned in this review since they were super friendly and took care of my problems easily and always in a good mood (I believe their name are Cris and Carol). On top of that, I’ve received a gift when I checked-in. The hotel is modern, super clean and close to Baoding East station. My room was flawless and breakfast is a must have. Thanks to all the staff.

在星期一入住的时候就告诉了前台，周三退房，早上8:30前开好发票，并将发票抬头给到了前台。在周三9:00退房的时候到前台发票还没开，完全不知道相应的信息。告知了前台的服务人员，需要赶9:50的高铁，时间非常紧，麻烦快一点，结果前台工作人员业务不熟练，办理非常缓慢，直到9:30才开完。然后匆匆忙忙的离开赶往高铁站。|同时前台的押金退款也非常的缓慢，退房半天还没收到押金退还，非常不好的入住体验，不会再次入住保定中博希尔顿逸林酒店！

It was a very very nice stay, the hotel is terrible and clean and the service is more than wonderful, a beautiful breakfast, a beautiful view, a complete bedroom, it is like home, and the staff speaks fluent English and there is a person who spoke to me a little in Arabic, and I thank the reception staff Paul and iris 👍👍🙏 100/100

这是一次非常非常好的住宿体验，酒店很糟糕，但很干净，服务非常好，早餐很美味，景色很美，卧室很完整，就像家一样，工作人员会说流利的英语，还有一个人他用阿拉伯语跟我说了一点，我感谢接待人员 Paul 和 iris 👍👍🙏 100/100
