在此表扬一下员工张葳，不管是ci的时候还是有问题处理的时候总是热情且真诚的为我提供服务和解决问题，并且一直跟进问题，早餐时段会聆听会员的心声，询问酒店客房情况以及服务和早餐出品，非常用心的收集会员心声，当co和第二次到店的时候的时候可以准确的叫出会员的姓名让我感受到友善的服务和真诚的态度，给我的感受一点都不像inn像极了hotel的感觉

Where do I start.....Location at Wanda Plaza, adjacent to a mall with buzz and hype and clearly at the heart of CBD where all manner of facilities are efficient is everything positive to write home about this property ....now to the ugly side.....start at the reception with English and you have NO companion right there...it is not interesting at all to see an english speaking guest going all the way to touch a printer and another clients bill to explain that they needed a copy of theirs too...and the girl was still totally not getting it....if you have google translator...then you are home and dry...the wifi at least works on that location.... Breakfast was something that one did NOT look forward to......if it wasn't cold all the time, then some of the dishes were empty as early as 8:45am...we actually missed breakfast in total on one occasion by simply arriving at the restaurant at 9:36am.....the rooms are very small and if you have two luggages be ready for cluttered space unless you are an acrobat!!!.....the TVs and the nice Lenovo branded Desktops are all in Chinese and for Chinese...Otherwise i didn't see anything english about them....my room was haunted I GUESS too as the fan in the washroom was too noisy to remain switched off, the front desktop socket and the telephone line had to be reported for repair, the AC could not go lower than 26degrees Celsius in-spite of too much heat inside, their rooms lack bathrobes, a basic iron box-"surely for a long staying client",-...and to worsen the matter, the minibar was malfunctional (if NOT OFF) and never restocked during my entire 9 night stay..........calling the reception for room service was a night mare!- luckily at some point she blubbered something like -"no service room in sir!!!-I have never had a bad WIFI experience like i did in this property....as a matter fact the 7th floor one was stronger than the 3rd floor one where i stayed but all in all they were all unstable...to save the situation, i used to leave the room at 8am, quickly browse through the "funny breakfast offering" and come back by midnight to sleep. the sleep quality was great though the rooms tended to be stuffy due to the poor ventilation and inefficient AC system....shower was okay albeit no bath tubs, i can't remember seeing any activity in the restaurant after the mediocre breakfast!!!! In summation, simply go to this hotel only if its a strictly outside business affair where you only need somewhere to sleep at night and if location is on top of your agenda...the price matches the quality of offering though compared and in my view... during Canton fair they have a free shuttle bus though that can help you feel warm all over..keep time though..!!
