Great location close to the railway station. There are 3 buildings, building A where reception is is spectacular. Building B where we stayed was an older part and the lobby area was dimly lit. The buffet breakfast was incredible with heaps of choice.

位置优越，靠近火车站。有 3 栋楼，A 楼的接待处非常壮观。我们住的B楼比较旧，大堂灯光昏暗。自助早餐令人难以置信，有很多选择。

1 ：房間大小適中！乾淨衞生！安靜舒服的住了一晚！2 ：前台服務人員態度親切熱誠，感受很好！3 ：停車場車位足夠！便於停車！4 ：B、C座入住者，需到A座主廳登記入住（順便欣賞主廳5星級lobby的氣派！）登記完成後再往B、C樓入住！5 ：C座9008房的浴室手持花灑出水量不足，建議改善！6 ：去承德、山海關…..幾天後還會留住張家口一宿。會再來住國際大酒店！因為 性價比很不錯！

張家口國際大酒店性價比很不錯！1 ：停車方便，附近餐飲方便！2 ：房間大小適中！乾淨舒爽！安靜度過一夜！3 ：酒店入住送了水果、酸奶！退房又送了餅乾、小麵包、酸奶！真貼心！

Location is about 1.5km from railway station and public transport is easily accessible. Planty of parking but the place is away from most activities but recreation. Reception and room service personnel are very professional courteous and efficient. Room was very clean and the sheets are actually white without any markings. Toilet is clean with amenities and clean towels. Only set back is the sewer smell which needs to be chemically cleaned. There was even fruit basket for me. Thank you.

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located in between the airport, train station, and city center. They have multiple buildings associated with the hotel. This part was not as nice. But the main lobby is large and comfortable, with coffee available. The staff was very attentive and helpful. But the rooms are outdated. The water pressure and temperature was inadequate. Expect a low value stay.

I was overall not unhappy with this hotel. It's a fairly average - clean (-ish, just don't look at the carpet), good hot water, and a Chinese-style rock hard bed of the sort that I love, but many Western travelers will not. ||||The problem was that I booked online, and only upon arriving realized that I was not i the "main" hotel, but rather in the annex (B区). The main hotel did look newer, and certainly aimed for a level of fancy that suits its location next to the city government. The annex was a distinctly less fancy experience, though I did get a little plate of fruit that was a very nice touch. Again, not bad, but its a problem that you really have no way of knowing which one you will get.||||Location is convenient to the South (main) railway station, and to the government, but both of these are a couple of km away from the center of town - roughly a 15 minute taxi ride. You'll sleep well here.

You really cannot go wrong with the International Hotel. Right next to government buildings the hotel definitely caters to government or business related clientele. Not that there is anything wrong with that. The location is a bit out of range of walking distance for those interested in the older part of the city. But otherwise the staff were wonderful, the rooms extremely clean and well appointed.
