Our room was lovely, spacious and well appointed. ||The front desk staff were welcoming and super helpful as were the room maids who organised extra water bottles and shoe cleaning products. ||Would highly recommend. ||Not sure about the front desk’s English as my Chinese wife handled all the communication.

我们的房间很漂亮、宽敞、设备齐全。 ||前台工作人员很热情，超级乐于助人，客房服务员也很热情，为我们准备了额外的水瓶和鞋子清洁产品。 ||强烈推荐。 ||不确定前台的英语，因为我的中国妻子处理了所有的沟通。

Probably my favorite hotel of the trip, it was the low season and the hotel was pretty empty with staff aplenty hence the excellent service. It was clean and they even had complimentary dessert soup in the evening. Location was reasonable and there were plenty of eateries around. Definitely enjoyed my stay here!

The hotel is quiet now and the room is very spacious and clean. The location is perfect (right in the city centre). The restaurant is super nice and price is reasonable. Most importantly, very one of the hotel staff we encountered are very friendly and helpful. A quality hotel indeed.

Great location, short drive or 15 minute walk to Summer palace. Close to many restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. Rooms were very comfortable, although the one I staye din didn't have a fridge. Staff were extremely friendly. Didn't have breakfast but would consider getting it next time as the hotel was so good. Will definitely stay here again!

地理位置优越，开车很短或步行 15 分钟即可到达颐和园。靠近许多餐馆、商店和超市。酒店非常现代而且一尘不染。房间非常舒适，虽然我住的房间没有冰箱。工作人员非常友好。没有吃早餐，但下次会考虑吃早餐，因为酒店太好了。肯定会再次留在这里！

Hotel in a very convenient location. Very near 避暑山庄. Room is clean and quiet. Hotel supervisor Wang ZiYue very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come Chengde next time.

酒店的服務很好，每天都送我一碗糖水，服務員陳麗明親自送入我房間，並附上山渣等小吃。晚上剛喝了酒，想要多包山渣解酒意，前台都積極配合讓服務員送上。在避暑山莊購了字畫，忘記拿回，也已經到達車站，員工也盡力協助我，把我這珍貴的物品郵遞給我，令我十分之安心及🈵️意。

Pros:- Helpful, responsive and friendly staff. - Delicious restaurant ! Love their food. - There are McD and BK nearby if you want to have fast food during the trip. Cons:- There was a gecko coming out from the tent in our parent child room. It went under the bed and we couldn't find it. The first night, I couldn't sleep because of afraid it would come to us. When we searched the gecko, we saw plastic and bottle under the bed. I guess they don't clean the room properly. Conclusion :Overall this hotel is good for us during our Chengde trip. We're happy.

优点：- 乐于助人、反应灵敏且友好的员工。 - 美味的餐厅！喜欢他们的食物。 - 如果您想在旅途中吃快餐，附近有McD和BK。缺点：- 有一只壁虎从我们亲子房的帐篷里出来。它藏在床底下，我们找不到它。第一天晚上，我无法入睡，因为害怕它会降临到我们身上。当我们搜查壁虎时，我们在床底下看到了塑料和瓶子。我猜他们没有正确打扫房间。结论：总的来说，这家酒店对我们承德之旅来说是很好的。我们很高兴。
