天悦大酒店

Tianyue Grand Hotel is definitely going into my list of top hotels i’ve stayed at thus far. The ambience of the hotel was great, the environment was nice, breakfast had a good spread & more importantly the service and hospitality here was incredible. The staff who attended to me went above and beyond to make this stay feel like home & I’ve really not come across any hotel with such service. Moreover, there are also complimentary fruit bowls, light snacks & wantons provided for guests throughout the duration of your stay. After checkout, the staff also gave some light snacks and drinks as a gesture of appreciation. Overall, it was a memorable stay & I 10/10 would recommend this hotel to any travellers coming to Cangzhou.

天悦大酒店绝对是我迄今为止住过的顶级酒店之一。酒店的氛围很棒，环境很好，早餐种类丰富，更重要的是这里的服务和热情好客令人难以置信。照顾我的工作人员竭尽全力让这次住宿有宾至如归的感觉，我真的没有遇到过任何一家提供这样服务的酒店。此外，在您入住期间，我们还为客人提供免费水果盘、小吃和馄饨。结帐后，工作人员还赠送了一些小吃和饮料以示谢意。总的来说，这是一次难忘的住宿，我10/10会向所有来沧州的旅客推荐这家酒店。

Incredible comfort service for guests! Excellent hotel with many interesting details of interier. Real fish in mini-waterpool near reception. Very clean bed, full set of needed tools: soap, teeth paste and another. Pleasure balcony with panoramic view in each room. Comfortable location for any visits in Cangzhou: private, business, travelling. Near hotel, about 500 meters, placed very pleasure thematic park with nice buildings and very good food.

为客人提供令人难以置信的舒适服务！很棒的酒店，内部有许多有趣的细节。接待处附近的迷你水池里有真正的鱼。床非常干净，全套所需工具：肥皂、牙膏等。每间客房均设有全景阳台。适合在沧州游览的舒适位置：私人、商务、旅行。酒店附近，大约 500 米，有一个非常有趣的主题公园，有漂亮的建筑和非常好的食物。

Not for foreigners.Pros1. One staff is very helpful in helping you with the luggage but all the other front desk staff are not professional and are not friendly at all.Cons 1. Old hotel with 10 years ago design.2. Rooms lock are not safe and flimsy, looks like anyone can break into your room. Anyone can go up to your room as no room key required in lift.3. Shower head only has drops of water which is not usable, you can only use the rain bath.4. Front desk rejected to keep our luggage after check out at first. Which is quite shocking for a big hotel with so much space.5. Hotel corridors to room is like a maze with up and down slopes which is very tiring for large luggage.6. Rooms are with cigarette smell.7. TV is of 15 yr old with low visibility.8. Room furnishing is very old and antique.

不适合外国人。优点1。一名工作人员非常乐于帮助您搬运行李，但所有其他前台工作人员都不专业，一点也不友好。缺点 1. 老酒店，10 年前的设计。2.房间的锁不安全而且脆弱，看起来任何人都可以闯入你的房间。任何人都可以上您的房间，因为电梯里不需要房间钥匙。3。淋浴喷头只有水珠无法使用，只能使用雨浴。4．退房后前台一开始拒绝寄存行李。对于一个拥有如此大空间的大酒店来说，这是相当令人震惊的。5。酒店走廊到房间就像一个迷宫，有上有下的斜坡，对于大件行李来说非常累人。 6。房间有烟味。7。电视已使用 15 年，能见度较低。8。房间里的陈设非常古老、古色古香。

Cangzhou is the 6th stop of our business trip. When choosing a hotel in Cangzhou, we read a lot of hotel-related reviews on Ctrip and other platforms, and finally chose Tianyue Hotel. The location of the hotel is very close to Nanchuan Lou, just a few minutes walk away. It is very convenient for dining, shopping, recreation and going to various attractions. Hotel amenities and staff are excellent , warm greetings by staff , always pay attention to the needs of guests , clothes washing service, shoe cleaning service and many more you just need to ask staff they will help you earliest . The toilet and bathroom are also separate, dry and wet , very convenient. The second day's breakfast is really very rich, a combination of Chinese and Western, Chinese food also combines a lot of local characteristics, sheep intestine soup is very authentic! All kinds of pasta are also very delicious, there are many types of western food, all kinds of small bread, small dessert, yogurt, etc., the restaurant staff is also very warm, very positive and timely to help clean up the tableware, next time come to Cangzhou to play, will certainly choose this hotel!

沧州是我们出差的第六站。在沧州选择酒店时，我们在携程等平台上看了很多酒店相关的点评，最终选择了天悦酒店。酒店位置离南川楼很近，步行几分钟就到了。餐饮、购物、休闲、前往各个景点都很方便。酒店的设施和工作人员都很棒，工作人员热情问候，时刻关注客人的需求，洗衣服务、擦鞋服务等等，您只需要询问工作人员，他们会尽快为您提供帮助。厕所和浴室也是分开的，干湿分离，非常方便。第二天的早餐真的很丰富，中西结合，中餐也结合了很多当地特色，羊肠汤很正宗！各种面食也很好吃，西餐种类也很多，各种小面包，小甜品，酸奶等等，餐厅工作人员也很热情，很积极及时帮忙清理餐具，下次来沧州玩，一定还会选择这家酒店！

房間乾淨舒適，服務人員親切熱心。進門就有迎賓水果，晚上有小餛飩夜宵，自助式早餐品項豐富….住了兩晚感覺胖了不少，但這一切都非常值得！推薦給想來滄州的所有朋友們。
