喆啡酒店石家庄火车站店

We have stayed at the James Joyce Coffeetel several times because it is very near where my wife's parents live. Comfortable beds and rooms but make sure you ask for a non-smoking room. Breakfast here is very inconsistent. In our last trip during the National Day holidays, we came down and the breakfast bar was full of everything - coffee, milk, orange juice, bread for toast, hard boiled eggs, fried rice and noodles, vegetables and fruit. Other times we have stayed and they were out of almost everything at breakfast. I guess it depends upon who is tending the breakfast bar or the number of people in the hotel; it's a mystery to me. This last trip we also had an issue when paying. I used my bank debit card (Chinese bank) to pay and the clerk said my password was wrong, so we did it again. When I got to my room I saw in a message from my bank that I had been charged twice, but the clerk said the hotel had received payment only once. Another mystery. They wanted me to call the bank to sort it out. I said its not my fault and not my problem and felt the hotel needs to sort it out. The accountant is due to return to work in a couple of days and we will get it sorted then. I think this was a random mistake and would still recommend this property.

We arrived to the hotel at 1am after a 12hr train ride from Datong to be told that they couldn't check us into our room because it was booked for the 10th November. We arrived at 1am on the 10th November and booked it for the 10th November instead of the 9th November because we were advised that the room would be cancelled if we arrived after 19:00 on the day of booking. We only booked the room for a night so we could sleep, despite having to leave the same day as checking in for another train, and they were made aware of our arrival time and departure time. Yet when we arrived, they wouldn't check us in until 9am because they said the hotel is fully booked. This is absolutely ludicrous! They knew we were arriving at 1am on the 10th November and they knew we were leaving at 14:00 on the 10th November to catch our 16:00 train, so we weren't even staying a whole night! No other hotels had rooms available so we were stuck sitting in the reception area until our room became available - 8 hours later when we should be sleeping in a bed. Utterly unacceptable! :(

地理位置方便，价格非常合适！加入会员可以打折。|服务周到，有免费咖啡喝哦。就是早餐需要提升。有需要时依然会是旅途首选，值得推荐！|

是一間挺時尚與文青的飯店，位置還算方便，房間內的設備很舒服，床很大很好眠，只是隔音設備非常非常的差，聊天的聲音都能傳來，早餐很一般

一大床房間床挺舒服的，燈光照明也夠，插座超多，完全不怕充電時無法用手機用電腦，早餐到09:30而已，很普通，公夾公筷太少，餐廳有看到蒼蠅，培根還不錯吃。
