Everything was great. I hope that hotel staff speak English. That would be great for foreigners like me. The ac did not work in the room. It only worked as a fan.

Good location, huge building, service need to be improved as the hotel even could not receive the bank card, Not friendly to international travellers.

Supposedly a 5 star but lacks the standards of a 5 star hotel. Firstly, service is pretty good. Rooms are fairly decent. Location is almost atva deserted place. Downside is that they switch off central air conditioning and not very comfortable. Plus room service is not 24hrs so have to order takeaway.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to a national holiday but otherwise all good.

unfortunately only one night to stay in this nice hotel.If possible, I will stay next time a bid longer.
