Sheraton Kaifeng

This is an excellent property in Kaifeng. The service is very good and the rooms are very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The location is also nice as it is near a mall with many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, all the main tourist attractions are far away which requires a taxi. The hotel is within walkable distance to Songchenglu station. Perfectly good hotel for western tourists. Would stay again.

这是开封的一家优秀酒店。服务很好，房间也很干净。我们还享用了自助早餐。位置也很好，因为它靠近一个有许多商店和餐馆的购物中心。不幸的是，所有主要的旅游景点都很远，需要乘坐出租车。从酒店步行即可到达宋城路站。对于西方游客来说非常好的酒店。会再次入住。

是次入住，分別在萬豪旅享家與Trip上訊訂，感謝前台Betty的熱情款待，全酒店最熱情的人。另：酒店環境衛生都很好，就是入住後因行政酒廊關閉的替代禮遇遞送十分不及時，早餐品種太少了，沒有可選性。

The hotel’s location is excellent, facing West Lake with a beautiful view. The staff is very friendly and professional. The room is spacious and clean. This is the best hotel in Kaifeng and I strongly recommend this hotel to the travelers. If I visit Kaifeng, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

酒店位置极佳，面朝西湖，景色优美。工作人员非常友好和专业。房间宽敞干净。这是开封最好的酒店，我强烈推荐这家酒店给旅行者。如果去开封，我一定会入住这家酒店。

Do not book this hotel ! My family and I booked Kaifeng Sheraton two nights. Traveling with elders were difficult to manage so we decided to eat dinner at hotel restaurant. The same night our family 6 people including myself got food poisoning. All have diarrheas. The cause was the pigeon soup. We had to cancel our plans for the day and next. The way hotel dealt with this issue was horrible. They kept on denying the responsibility and blaming us for the meal earlier. They refused to meet my request and refused to share contact of their general manger for further escalation. Kaifeng Sheraton was a terrible experience. Do not stay here.

不要预订这家酒店！ 我和我的家人预订了开封喜来登酒店两晚。带着长辈出行比较麻烦，所以我们决定在酒店餐厅吃晚饭。当晚我们家包括我在内的6人食物中毒。皆有腹泻。 原因是鸽子汤。我们不得不取消当天和第二天的计划。 酒店处理这个问题的方式很糟糕。他们一直否认责任并指责我们早点吃饭。 他们拒绝满足我的要求，并拒绝分享他们总经理的联系方式以进一步升级。 开封喜来登酒店是一次糟糕的经历。不要留在这里。

我给他五星好评绝不是因为酒店给我升了房，而是我没有想到在这样一个小城市还有这么高标准的喜来登，让我怀念我的SPG时光。在冬夜的开封古城能入住这样一家温馨且舒适的酒店让我倍感亲切，虽然以后来开封的次数屈指可数，但我绝对会给我的朋友和同事们推荐这里。

Very nice hotel, for non-Chinese not fully comfortable as there is not any English language tv or movie channel !The air-condition can not change the average high temperature in the room ( standard is 25 degrees ). Nothing is reacting if the interface display is corrected to 22 degrees….All other very fine !

非常好的酒店，对于非中国人来说不太舒服，因为没有任何英语电视或电影频道！空调无法改变房间内的平均高温（标准为25度）。如果界面显示校正到 22 度，则没有任何反应……其他一切都很好！

酒店房間清潔舒適, 湖景房的景觀非常開揚, 早起的話可看日出, 前台服務態度也很好. 距離開封北站跟宋城路站不遠, 打車很快到達. 旁邊的公交站有公交車來回市中心景點區, 交通算是方便. 從夜市打車回來大約20元左右, 晚上交通也算可以. 鄰近商場有不少食肆, 喜歡逛商場的話也有不少店鋪. 商場食肆早上較晚開始營業, 早餐的話還是在酒店比較方便.

总体来说很不错，地理位置旁边就是万达广场，但距离开封的主要老城区有一定距离，开车的话也没有很久。酒店设施比较新，房间面积也足够，体验上挺不错的。早餐有万豪系的自制酸奶，挺不错，但早餐餐厅设置在二楼，如果是高楼层体验又会加分。唯一不足就是客房的落地窗外侧玻璃比较脏，需要及时清理。
