洛阳波希米亚酒店

酒店的装修比较不错，属于欧式的装饰风格，里面设备比较不错，有电脑，空间上楼层之间比较高，电梯的空间稍微有些小点，而且酒店属于快捷酒店，所以他们的配套比较少。酒店的地理位置上还算不错，离火车站不算太远，如果出去办事情，附近的交通也还不错。酒店提供了餐厅，可以在这里就餐。酒店的服务比较不错，不过欧式的装修还是给人印象很深，有油画，还有他们的通道，一进去感觉就特别好。美中不足就是如果酒店在提供些配套，比如洗浴，KTV这些的就更好了。

酒店各个角落里都充斥着豪华，房间里面的床很高档，床垫是席梦思的很软，桌椅是欧式的白色的，地毯都露出一种奢华的大气。窗帘是淡绿色的，跟整个的房间很恰当的融合在一起。地理位置也是超级好，很高的百货大楼的一侧，公园的比邻，购物也好乘车也罢，简单的没话说。|

第一次入住。酒店大堂不大，但布置较为精致。前台服务人员热情周到。房间为简约风格，听说有好几种不同欧洲风格的房型。

走时尚酒店的路子,公共区休息的白色沙发有点旧了，电梯有点不上档次,房间还可以，wifi不给力,浴室全透明，好在能拉上帘子，浴室门也没有，极适合情侣，商务出差住这里还真不方便。有免费早餐

酒店设施设备全，服务态度好，特别的干净卫生，静音的效果很好，还有个人冰箱，性价比也还可以，酒店的位置离商业街很近。

The room that I had was really small and there was hardly any space to walk, let alone put down your luggage. Shower was TINY, and the door was placed in such a way that the showerhead faces it directly, causing the water to overflow out of the shower area and flow into the room. So what they do is the adjust to the showerhead to the left, towards the wall. But on the wall they fixed the soap and shampoo dispenser which gets in your way. Really not smart at all. ||||The switches in the room were all touch pad electronics. Good touch there, but they really need to work on their bathrooms. There's also no door to the bathroom, just a curtain. They try to make the hotel room bohemian, but the bathroom is so militant. ||||The main irritant was their key card. For the 3 nights I stayed there, every evening when we comeback from my tour, the key card doesn't work anymore and we had to go to the reception to get it activated. Even when we complain about it and they know our room was prepaid, they can't rectify that. ||||The amenities are also not replaced after we had finished. Had to inform the reception 3 times before they were replenished. ||||The only thing going for this hotel is that it's just at the end of a major shopping street.

我住的房间很小，几乎没有行走的空间，更不用说放下行李了。淋浴间很小，门的位置使得淋浴头直接面对它，导致水从淋浴区溢出并流入房间。所以他们所做的就是将淋浴喷头调整到左侧，朝向墙壁。但他们在墙上固定了肥皂和洗发水分配器，这会妨碍你。真的一点都不聪明。 ||||房间里的开关都是触摸板电子设备。那里的风格很好，但他们的浴室确实需要改进。浴室也没有门，只有一个帘子。他们试图把酒店房间打造成波西米亚风格，但浴室却如此激进。 ||||主要的刺激因素是他们的钥匙卡。我在那里住了 3 个晚上，每天晚上当我们旅行回来时，钥匙卡就不再起作用了，我们必须去接待处激活它。即使我们抱怨并且他们知道我们的房间是预付的，他们也无法纠正这一点。 ||||我们用完后，设施也没有更换。必须通知接待处 3 次才能补充。 ||||这家酒店唯一的优点就是它位于主要购物街的尽头。

Il Bohemia è un hotel molto carino arredato in stile barocco e molto curato nei particolari. La camera non è di dimensioni normali piuttosto piccola, ma pulita. Il bagno è molto piccolo e molto vicino al letto.||La colaziona viene servita in uno spazio rialzato nella hall. La colazione è in stile cinese.||Alla reception non parlavano inglese, ma il Manager presente lo parlava e ci ha dato buoni consigli su cosa visitare a Luoyang.

Bohemia 是一家非常漂亮的酒店，采用巴洛克风格装饰，非常注重细节。房间不是正常大小而是很小，但是很干净。浴室很小，离床很近。||早餐在大厅的高处供应。早餐是中式的。||接待处不会说英语，但在场的经理会说英语，并给我们提供了洛阳旅游的好建议。

EXTREMELY RUDE, CARELESS STAFF THAT CANNOT SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH. ||||Arrived at the hotel and they had no clue whatsoever of our reservation. 4 staff members had no idea and had to call their manager, who speaks very little English. It was very frustrating that they did not know about the reservation, but especially annoying if you are trying to communicate this to people who do not speak English.||||After wasting about 1hr, we were finally led to our room. Had to change our room because they gave us a small room and we could not even open our luggage. The second room was much better. It was a bit cold but cannot complain much about the room itself. The computer was a nice touch for those who does not travel with a laptop.||||The main complain is about their staff. At all times, there were 3-4 receptionists present, and cannot even understand simple words like, "bathroom" or "taxi". It was simply ridiculous. ||||On our last day (After check out) we wanted to use the bathroom. It was on the 4th floor, and basically what it was, was a staff cleaner closet and it had a sink for the mop, and a hole on the ground. Is this what they offer as a bathroom for the guests????? I have seen many toilets in China, and I have to say that it was the WORST toilet I have seen in my entire life and have opted to hold it until the train station.||||On our way out, we made the mistake of saying "goodbye" to the reception staff, and one boyfriend of the female receptionist (young lady with short hair) gave us the middle finger!!!!!!!||Simply disgusted by their behavior. Take a very good lesson in staff management. Please travel somewhere outside Luoyang and teach your staff better. ||||This is a "Wannabe" business hotel with 0 professionalism.

非常粗鲁、粗心的工作人员不会说英语。 ||||到达酒店，他们对我们的预订一无所知。 4 名工作人员不知道，不得不打电话给他们的经理，他的英语说得很少。非常令人沮丧的是他们不知道预订情况，但如果你试图向不会说英语的人传达这一点，那就尤其烦人了。||||在浪费了大约 1 小时后，我们终于被带到了我们的房间。不得不换房间，因为他们给了我们一个小房间，我们甚至无法打开行李。第二个房间好多了。天气有点冷，但对房间本身没什么可抱怨的。对于那些不携带笔记本电脑旅行的人来说，这台电脑是一个不错的选择。||||主要的抱怨是他们的员工。始终有3-4名接待员在场，甚至听不懂“浴室”或“出租车”等简单单词。这简直太荒谬了。 ||||最后一天（退房后）我们想使用浴室。它位于四楼，基本上是一个员工清洁衣柜，里面有一个拖把水槽，地上有一个洞。这就是他们为客人提供的浴室吗？？？我在中国见过很多厕所，我不得不说这是我一生中见过的最糟糕的厕所，所以我选择保留它直到火车站。||||在我们出去的路上，我们犯了错误向接待人员说“再见”，女接待员的一位男朋友（短发小姐）向我们竖起了中指！！！！！！！||对他们的行为感到厌恶。好好学习一下员工管理方面的课程。请到洛阳以外的地方去，更好地教导你的员工。 ||||这是一家“Wannabe”商务酒店，专业度为0。
