南街村宾馆

非常好的酒店，现在全国的田地都分产到户了，而这家店还是七十年代毛主席集体主义的那种，什么都是共有制，也是我们国家的试验田。酒店也都是准三星级了，我们当时打电话告诉他们我们的客人可能会晚到一点，结果我们到了酒店都十一点了，而他们的全餐厅的服务人员跟厨师都在门口等着迎接我们，等我们吃完饭都一点了，我根他们说要不要加点服务费，结果他们都没加，真的体现了共产主义集体所有制是很难得的。这边的价位才一百多。只是设施差了一点，是八十年代的建筑风格。

在南街村景区附近，价格合适，酒店很干净，街道也很干净。感觉非常满意。服务人员着装很有特色，态度很温和，很热情，墙上贴着复古的壁画。出门玩，吃饭方便，买当地特产方便，但是要买一些品牌啥的，附近就没有了。

I stayed here for a night in 2015. It was a surreal experience. Twin room cost about £10 from memory. They lock and unlock your door for you. Worth the journey to see this village.

The hotel was clearly the only "decent" option in Nanjie. It was very well located, next to the main square. The rooms were basic but well-kept and clean. Make sure you have a translation app on your phone, as no one speaks English at the hotel. We were surprised to realize that breakfast was not included and that we could not have a key to our room. An employee would always follow us upon arrival and open the door to us, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. There was a wedding or some sort of celebration so there would be fireworks every morning at 5.00 right under our window, which made it really hard to sleep! The last day we asked at the reception desk if they could book us a taxi for the following day, as we had to leave at 4.00am but they refused, which felt quite rude. Overall it was an okay experience. I would still recommend it, since it seems there is no better option around.

The trip to Nanjiecun is quite off the usual tourist path, so we were a bit nervous heading out there unsure if we would have a place to stay. Fortunately we did at the Nanjiecun Hotel!||||The hotel is very clean and modern, we think it may have been done up recently. We were given room #101 (the hotel must have been empty apart from us). The hotel was well staffed and the staff were nice but couldn't speak any English.||||The prices were more than we expected (much more than the other places we were staying at in China) and not open to negotiation. We paid 180RMB for our twin room for one night.||||The location was fantastic, right by the main square and a short walk from Chaoyang Gate, beyond which are some restaurants, street food and a well stocked supermarket.||||If you're visiting Nanjiecun, it's definitely worth staying the night here.

This is a really cool place to stay, and the only, if you want to stay in Nanjiecun Village. It is located right next to the Mao Square. The hotel was pretty much empty of people, besides from the staff. The girls in the reception are very nice and helpful, thou they dont speak a word of english. We slept in the 6 bed dorm and it was like a old classic luxury suit that had a couple of extra beds thrown into it. The carpet on the floor is filled with burn marks after cigarettes, and the curtains is China red. The bed costs 40 Y a night, and it is perfect to end the day in after the whole Nanjiecun experience. ||You get a bathtub- but there is no hot water.

WE arrived after a brutal train journey, and the scent of communism was palpable. It looked to be an expensive hotel that time forgot, but upon checkout most of our money was returned to us; simply wonderful. Constant propaganda ricocheted around the walls like an idea neglected by the pages of history. As has been mentioned, the floor resembled Mao's ashtray, and the birdsnest of wiring made it difficult to recharge our tourist products. Enlightening and instructive bathroom manuals. An unforgettable place to visit.
