超級舒服的一次入住體驗。每天都有歡迎茶和水果送,打掃的阿姨也不會太早過來詢問打掃(我是懶惰的人),清潔度很高,服務人員態度也是超級好,早餐很值得去吃,價格不高但選擇超級多,中式西式都有,同伴都說下次來還要住這。

五一期間入住,房間爆滿,但是服務沒有打折扣,非常滿意。因為在市中心,所以停車非常緊張,保安師傅聽說住店客人,還是很給力的幫忙安排了一個車位。漢服沒有時間體驗了,有點兒可惜。

This hotel is impressive with reasonable prices and friendly staff. This is the best option when visiting Xuchang. It was a bit inconvenient because no staff spoke good English, but it didn't affect my recommendation.

大厅的装修一般,但是房间还是可以,房间的空间可以,卫生情况不错,服务也还可以。卫生间的面积比较小,准确的说是淋浴间比较小,块头大点估计就不好了。是四星级的酒店,感觉物有所值的,蛮经济实惠的。早餐不够丰富,品种比较少,味道还好,对这家酒店的整体印象很好,位置比较方便,在市中心。隔音效果还可以,会向朋友推荐这家酒店。

I stayed at Rebecca Hotel for 10 nights, so my review is a detailed one. ||||Room||I got a standard business room in Chinese traditional style. The room is in perfect size. I have a work desk with a computer at hand I can work on when I need to. The only thing is that the computer is in Chinese only, so I had to install the English version myself. ||||The decoration is simple, beautiful. I don't like the carpet that covers the whole floor, but I am from Sweden and we generally don't use carpets covering the room floor, because it's considered "tacky" and not hygienic. ||||You get a big screen TV with only one English channel that shows Asian news all day long. The bathroom is big and bright, but the shower needs an update. They use cheap plastic details in the shower that don't match the room.||||You get all the little small bathroom things included, shampoo, soap etc... you can even choose what type of pillow you like to sleep on. But they have missed one thing for women, conditioner!||||Service||||The cleaning service is ok, altough I am not keen on using it everyday, because it's not environmentally friendly to change towels and sheets everyday, but they are fast and consistent here... BUT they always forget to place drinking water in your room! I got tired of asking everyday of water, so I went to the supermarket and got some big bottles. Not good... ||||The service overall was a terrible experience and I think it's a cultural difference and the lack of good English skills. They do not speak good English here. A bit frustrating when you need to ask them for something.||||I ordered peanuts and fruit to my room, at least I thought I did. They came with extra socks... I tried to explain, but they did not understand. So forget room service here! ||||When I checked in they asked me to deposit 2300 and so I did. Then, three days before my check out date, they called me around 9pm ( I was sleeping already, had an early day) and asked me to come immediately to the reception and deposit more money or my room key would not work. They were threatening that I would loose my room. I got very upset by this, since I am a good customer, staying for 10 days... how can they treat their guests like this? ||||I went down to the reception and they said because I had lunch at their restaurant (which btw serves the same tiring buffe everyday)I had to deposit more money. I said oh, I am so sorry for spending more money eating at your restaurant I will not do that anymore. I was very angry. I made another deposit and told them that they should have just made me deposit a greater amount of deposit from the beginning instead of calling me 9pm and threatening me.||||But I guess that's the Chinese way of running things here. The country is still undeveloped and the service lacks politeness and sophistication. I suddenly felt I was living in a no star hotel.||||Restaurant||||The food was in my taste... not good. They offer a buffe for around 68, which is cheap and that's what you get (like the Chinese say, you pay one dollar you get one dollar). It's the same buffe everyday and serves Chinese different dishes. I have had delicious Chinese food before, so this was a dissapointment.||||Gym||||You get two running machines, two bikes and a ping pong table in a very depressing small environment. I felt like I was back in an old school gym. It had all you need to have if you don't want to train. It was turned off (electricity was off when I came first time) I had to turn the switches on myself in the electrical box. The floor was dirty and you had run down ugly sofas to sit on in one corner. It showed a very bad side of the hotel in my opinion. The gym should be where you feel freshness and health, not a run down old basement feeling.||||I would say, if you're out for a better experience than this, Stay at Sanding hotel. I stayed there a couple of nights also, and that hotel is new and a bit more organized. Also, their English skills are better.
