Very cosy rooms and nice service. Cost effective and foreigner friendly. Friendly staff and the hotel is equipped with good amenities. Overall had a pleasant saty.

Nice experience since walk in the hotel but hope to increase the food variety. Special recognition to the reception Leo and a lady who I forgot the name….. and thanks to Emma from lobby lounge for her superb service, kind offer and sweet smile!

酒店設備很新，齊全。房間舒適，空間大。所有遇見的工作人員都服務滿分💯特別感謝禮賓部的Leo, Ziva.在入住的幾天，Leo 幫忙提供旅遊資訊，貼心的照顧及車輛停泊安排，還特別送小孩一份獨一無二的手工藝泥塑，小朋友高興得很，我會極力推薦這間酒店！

The rooms are really handsome. One issue - the air conditioning is set at one temperature for the ENTIRE hotel - that is why I have facilities low. Check-in at 10pm, my room was 28 degrees and there was no way I was staying there - the young door man, I believe it was LEO, saved the day, offering me a room on the colder side of the hotel, at 22 degrees. Downgraded in the process - not Leo's issue, I am sure. Hotels reputation is so related to their staff.

这个酒店设施综合起来是非常优秀的，泳池特别漂亮，房间也很新，在郑州IHG酒店可以名列前茅，位置在高新区，交通稍微偏一点，其他的都不错，郑州性价比很高价格也不贵，除了丹尼斯洲际之外应该就是这家皇冠假日了

这家酒店的服务真的太棒了！员工们非常友善和乐于助人，前台Anna热情周到的服务印象深刻，酒店员工无论从前台还是餐厅总是能及时满足我的需求。房间也非常干净舒适，床铺很舒服，给我带来了一个愉快的住宿体验
