Phoenix Hotel

I'm there for business and it is close to the location of my visits. The hotel is grand and the location is near to many food stalls which is convenient to me. The hotel also has its pool and spa services.The breakfast is okay serving some local cuisines which is changed daily during my course of 5 days stay. The breakfast opens from 7 to 9.30am which is quite odd, I hope the opening hours are stretch longer. The room is clean with serving of fruits and snacks daily which is very much appreciated. However, the downside is that many people do smoke inside the hotel. I could easily smell cigarettes in the bathroom and toilet at the ventilation. Another part which I am not quite comfortable during the night is that the air conditioning wasn't adjustable which makes the room very hot without proper ventilation.Other than that, the stay is comfortable. It will be perfect if the upper part can be improved to meet international standards.

It was a very random visit to the hotel. But the staff surprised me with their hospitality and politeness. Also I was given fruits for free and some sweet presents in the morning when checking out. I loved playing the piano at the lobby. Thanks for good experience!

Stayed at this great property multiple times on business trips in 2021. Opened in 2020 – brand new.||A refreshing experience and highly attractive alternative to the standard brands in town.||Elegant contemporary design – with spacious rooms and some heartfelt hospitality at this property. Front office team around Ms Fu and Jerry make you feel at home from the moment you step through their door. ||Wanda Mall Shopping Center and Metro stations just a few minutes walking distance. Well connected to city highways. ||Nice Chinese restaurant with Cantonese and local fare. Alex did a great job looking after me and my guests at one of their private dining rooms. All day dining restaurant with lavish breakfast and restaurant manager Nigel always there to understand and fulfill your every need. Nice spa (not yet tested) but promising. Sufficiently sized gym and nice large pool. Tip: Spectacular atrium design with multi storey Yellow River and art installation and staircase to terrace. Check out the Tea House and the daily sound bowl ritual– a refuge and retreat for your mind. Also good for private meetings and talks in a carefully designed and peaceful environment: exactly “my cup of tea”

前台接待、禮賓服務都非常好，酒店硬體設施很新，房間內細節規劃很到位，使用的床品、備品都很好。可以媲美星級酒店，早餐豐富，非常值得推薦。

The room is clean, cups and utensils are well sanitized as they have a mini portable sanitizer inside the room. The food at the restaurants are really good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

房间很干净，杯子和餐具都经过很好的消毒，因为房间内有一个迷你便携式消毒器。 餐厅的食物非常好，工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。

去鄭州出差，喆鵬帶給我的入住體驗不輸於那些國際品牌，雖然在某些方面有一些小小的不足，但是瑕不掩瑜，他還是一家值得推薦的酒店。

住著挺舒服，附近就有一個萬達，逛吃方便，床比較舒服，room service比較及時，有停車場，游泳池好像沒有深水區🤔
