Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

If you have a morning flight, this hotel provides free shuttle to the airport. The room is clean and has all the basic amenities.

进入酒店的最初感觉是，感觉这家酒店很整洁、干净，设计简约。到前台后，服务人员比较热情，但需要提醒。入住房间舒适，整洁，卫生。网络通畅，热水很方便。空调效果不错。晚餐结束较早，建议增加夜宵

因为是新开的店，硬体环境还是比较好的，衣架也比较多，枕头也给软硬不同的，这算是假日的标准配备，但是灯光偏暗，个人比较不喜欢。 主要来说一下服务，前台跟餐厅的服务员，明显感觉有经过训练了，比起郑州其他酒店的服务品质好，但是对于处理客户在住宿过程中不满意的地方，技巧还有待加强，比起其他城市有差。 再来就是客房清洁是很差的，这么大的国际连锁酒店，应该有标准的客房清洁SOP，但是清洁人员看起来并没有照着做。实际案例： 1. 每天需要补充消耗品有：牙刷、卫生袋、洗衣袋、水、茶包、拖鞋等，但是总是会遗漏某几项。 2. 沐浴乳用完了，跟前台说要补，结果也没有补，就算不跟前台说，难道清洁人员不应该每天检查吗？（这个发生2次） 3. 马桶堵塞，很臭，我把盖子盖下，也跟前台说要处理，结果也没有处理，难道清洁人员不应该打开马桶盖检查吗？ 以上事件，除了我以外，其他同事的房间也遇到过，我投诉很多次，但不知道前台没通报，还是客房服务没有理会，还是老样子。 总结就是，硬体条件不错，员工服务有待加强，希望真的能改进。

I went to China for business/leisure on August 14, 2016. When I arrived at the hotel, the IHG reservation system was down. The staff did everything to accommodate my problems checking in. They were friendly, patient, and willing to help as much as they could. Even though it took thirty five minutes to check in (After a 40 hour flight schedule) I was pleased with the hotel. It is typical of a lot of Holiday Inn Express Hotels. It is fairly new, modernly appointed and very comfortable. The lobby is a little small, but this is an economy hotel. and by those standards it was very good. There was a fitness center with new equipment and all was very clean and pleasant. The variety of the breakfast menu was a little sparse if you are an American, however, I did enjoy two over-hard eggs, toast and jam, a couple slices of ham and a roll. The coffee was good. No Juice, however. If you are a Chinese customer (as most of the patrons were) the selection was good. Many traditional Chinese breakfast items to choose from including soups, noodles, rice, Chinese sweet rolls, as well as some other bakery items. All seemed fresh and well prepared. The biggest plus this hotel has to offer was the staff. They were helpful during a difficult check-in period and were always so kind and wore smiles every time I passed them at the desk or in the hall. I was very impressed by their helpfulness. They even arranged a shuttle to another IHG property for me several days later even though I was not booked at their property. A local staff member named Michael was instrumental to getting me to my next stop and was so friendly and kind. I would recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a good night's sleep. It is 10 minutes from the airport (perfect for a layover rest) and even though the facility is thirty minutes from downtown by car, the amenities and helpfulness of the staff more than made up for any deficiencies or location problems.

离机场很近，酒店有免费的接送机服务，很方便！不堵车。房间比较新也比较干净，特别是床非常舒服，保证了良好的睡眠。服务人员很亲切，很NICE！

服务有标准，比较规范；内外环境整洁；客房空调可调控，床铺舒适，浴室照明、水流都很好；设备齐全、保养良好。 住宿价格比较合理，前台服务质量和效率比较高。 房内床头柜下面没有夜间照明，壁灯不能调光，不方便。 毛巾、浴巾颜色变暗，请关注。

因为提前电话预定，原本计划10点入住，后由于事务繁忙，未能在晚上10点前到达酒店，酒店前台一直保持电话和信息沟通并帮忙预留房间，服务细心周到。因为第二天一早退房赶航班，在经过与服务人员沟通后，提前预留开票信息，为第二天退房赶车节省了时间，考虑周全。建议可适当增加早餐的品种，以便有更多选择。
