郑州永和铂爵国际酒店

spend a week here for a business trip. rooms are big, clean and very comfortable; big tv screen with pay per view as an option, desk, small sofa, battery charger and fridge. bathroom is very big, with nice shower and bat tube. iron is there too. I have not seen a vault, but I did not really check for it. breakfast is big with asian and continental dishes. staff are friendly and kindly. nice experience overall.

第一次到郑州，选择了永和铂爵，整体感觉很不错。酒店大堂有免费的冷饮水提供，很贴心。前台服务的小姑娘笑容满面，手续办理迅速，让人感觉很舒服。再说说房间，入住有水果送，房间也很干净，视野好。还送了当地的特色小礼物。交通很方便，离高铁站只有十来分钟。整体来说，很不错的体验，推荐入住。

We stayed for a couple of nights for business trip,the rooms are perfect, clean,comfy bed and set up with lovely amenities,the location is great, close to the municipal government,staffs are friendly and efficiency, relation manager Jerry Yang directed us to the rooms with hotel facilities introduce.||The food is good with local traditional flavor. free wifi, free parking~ A fly in the ointment is my room facing the street, a little bite noisy. ||Anyway, a great stay for business! recommend!

我们出差在这里住了几晚，房间很完美，干净，床舒适，设施齐全，位置很好，靠近市政府，工作人员很友好，效率很高，关系经理杨致远指导了我们到房间跟酒店设施介绍一下。||食物很好，有当地的传统风味。免费wifi，免费停车~ 美中不足的是我的房间临街，有点吵。 ||无论如何，这是一次愉快的商务住宿！推荐！

前台服务很好，速度快，还有礼貌，房间很干净，卫生做的很好，零压房很舒服。早餐很丰富，中西结合，还有当地特色。目前餐厅好像在做东南亚美食节活动，在海鲜基础上又增加了东南亚美食，再加上各式各样的甜品和冰淇淋，感觉很值！

I was in this hotel because we organized a seminar using some services like meeting room, Restaurant and swimming pool.||I can say that the meeting room service was precise and very professional, what is needed in these occasions; about restaurant, the same, cleaning, good standard food and excellent service. The swimming pool service need to be review, not soo clean the bathroom and the showers (the cleaning gentleman was there but without taking care) without soap; to swim I needed to buy a towel because not available as also wasen't available slippers (in a 5 star hotel these services need to be released).||By the way, my it was a good experience to be repeted
