罗星阁宾馆

花心思做了不少環境堆砌，更應該花心思在酒店服務品質才是。大堂沒有空調，服務人員裹著又長又厚的冬衣，僵硬的身體喪失了待客姿態。這家缺乏服務意識的酒店，大堂是冰冷的；餐廳是冰冷的；服務也是冰冷的。這樣的酒店不值得携程推薦合作，我們是酒店的客人，更是携程的客人。缺乏服務理念的酒店，再多的硬件擺飾都變得毫無意義。

Nice clean hotel with a type of luxurious feel for the average person. The breakfast is good with a decent amount of options. We have a corporate rate of 60 dollars a night, so I don't know what normal rates are. There is a very neat garden in the center of the hotel. Front desk speaks little English but can still communicate ok. I would defiantly stay at this hotel again. The bar what quite and comfortable. Oh and you can keep the comfortable slippers.

探視已故舊友家眷而預訂了酒店，生怕類似酒店的住宿條件不佳，又選擇了該酒店的行政房。但是，這裡既沒有行政酒廊，也沒有任何行政房的待遇。我們中午13:00之前趕到酒店，餐廳已經謝客；晚餐17:30下樓被告知，沒有提前預訂餐位不接待。旅客預定酒店入住有需要，但在一個生疏酒店預訂吃飯的體驗還是第一次。但就這一次糟糕的體驗，從此不會再來。

I have probably been to this hotel at least a dozen times now. It's one of the better Hotels in town but it is starting to get a bit pricey. Its very well appointed, The rooms are spacious and the beds's are European/Western in terms of softness (not like some that are like sleeping on a door) The breakfast buffet is very very good. The gym is a bit under equipped but has all the basics including a pool for paddling around in. Within the building is a Nightclub-KTV and an excellent restaurant where you book a private room to have dinner with friends. The lobby has a large area where you can sit and have tea and a snack or even conduct informal business meetings.

We were visiting Jiashan on business and had been recommended the Luoxingge Hotel. We were extremely satisfied with the room which was huge and very plush. The bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed including a filtered water tap for all our drinking water. The bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was enjoyed overlooking the enormous koi pond. Staff were friendly and efficient. Wish we had stayed longer.

This hotel is a good choice for a business travel to Jiashang city; close to the city center this hotel assure a good confort and quite rooms. The service is acceptable and room present an adequate cleaining status. Personnel at the reception have a good knowledge of the english language and room rate is adequate. The restaurant present inside the hotel assure an acceptable choice of food (mainly Chinese cousine, no continental).

该酒店是来嘉上市商务出差的不错选择；这家酒店靠近市中心，确保提供良好的舒适度和安静的客房。服务可以接受，房间清洁状况良好。接待处的工作人员英语很好，房价也很合适。酒店内的餐厅提供可接受的食物选择（主要是中式菜肴，没有欧陆式菜肴）。

感受太差了，出差到了這裡入住，價格577，只有177的感受！裝修品質差，酒店老旧，服務跟不上，隔音差，房間遮光效果差！希望改進吧，和價格以及所謂的五星級要匹配上！

此酒店和圖片上相去甚遠，老旧破，隔音差，房間沒有遮光效果，五星級酒店會讓入住的人一大清早陽光灑滿房間嗎？您要知道出差的人都會忙到很晚！希望改進吧！誰來誰後悔。
