设施：房間的設備很齊全 數字電視頻道蠻多的 有小冰箱 最近天氣熱了 我們買了很多飲料可以冰鎮 太方便啦 入口處的保險箱可以放帶著的一些貴重物品 很是需要 送的免費水也很不錯 挺高檔的 房間裡的Wi-Fi速度很快 熱水器水也很熱 水量大洗浴很舒服 卫生：床鋪衛生間都打掃得很乾淨 洗漱用品一套挺喜歡的 味道還蠻好聞的 還有專門的髒衣服換洗籃子比較方便 环境：入口處很氣派 佈置得有大戶人家的味道 古色古香 喜歡1樓戶外的獨立院落 可以帶小孩曬太陽 觀賞園景的每一處 服务：前台check in 的小姊姊笑咪咪得很熱心 會告訴你古鎮哪裡好玩 哪家店挺好吃 服務很周到

第一次入住这家酒店,在西塘景区内,非常方便。在这次非常时期,景区很多入口都关闭,酒店很贴心,会来停车场接送,特别感谢徐师傅，酒店的前台也热心,反复跟我们讲酒店周边的景点,很多很多让我们感动的事,很亲切!这次有最舒服感觉,下次会继续入住,谢谢。|

Located in the historic district, this is a no-compromises hotel with all the amenities you'd expect at a big city hotel. Westerners (like me) shouldn't worry, this hotel is perfect!||||The entrance is a simple opening along a long wall in a narrow pedestrian lane. The lane is old and the wall is plain, but once you step through the doors, prepare to be amazed! Hidden just beyond the foyer is a well manicured outdoor courtyard with fish ponds, a tea house/veranda (where you can actually have tea), and shaded seating areas. ||||Seeing only images on the internet at Chinese travel sites our room was far far better than expected. We were traveling with a family of 4 and were given a 2 story room. The upstairs loft had a queen sized bed and the downstairs had a super comfortable fold out sofa bed. There was also a bar area with stools. Our top floor location looked out to the interior courtyard and had a nice sitting area at the window complete with cushions. Perfect place to read a book. This floor also has a large outdoor patio area where you can relax in a swing chair.||||Everything in the room was modern. Fixtures, bathrooms, refrigerator, furniture, coffee maker, cups, glasses, TV's. The only odd thing was a curtain used to section off the toilet. But hey, it's hard finding rooms that sleep 4 in China so I can't complain too much. The shower was terrific!||||Step out lobby, turn left, and walk about 30 steps to hit one of the main pedestrian streets. You surprisingly pass by a few other nice looking hotels and a hostel. Sad to report the city is pretty commercial (June 2017). Does it look familiar? Parts of Mission Impossible 3 was filmed here. Walking along the streets, you'll eventually find shops that sell the same items and foods. Not much uniqueness, but everything is super modern. There's even a street full of bars and clubs. When the sun goes down, the clubs start pumping. We felt like this was a town for couples and groups of single men and women out to party.||||Leaving is also simple. Exit the hotel, turn right and take 30 steps, pass through ticket gate and out to the street where taxi's are waiting. It's probably best to talk with the hotel reception to get a taxi or car service to make sure you won't get taken for a ride. The hotel had someone walk out to the taxi with us and gave the driver our destination (Jiashan South High Speed Rail Station). Excellent service.||||Reception is efficient and, as people have mentioned, it's best to be able to speak some Mandarin... An odd thing about this town, the hotel had to send someone to fetch us from the tourist parking lot. Cars are only allowed in by permit. Also, each guest needs a ticket to access the historic district. The hotel rep took care of this for us when he came to pick us up. The kids loved the golf cart ride in from the parking lot.||||Breakfast was on the average side. I was expecting a little bit better food, but it wasn't too bad. We were presented with a bento-like tray with a selection of congee, steamed buns, and fruit. There is all you can drink coffee and tea.

시탕 안쪽에 있어요. 외국인 투숙 가능하고 입장표 사는 곳 까지 직원이 마중 나와요. 시설이나 청결은 아주 훌륭한데 영어 가능 직원은 없습니다. 요청하면 돈을 따로 지불하고 공항까지 데려다준다고 하셨어요. 영어를 못할 뿐이지 직원들은 대체로 친절합니다.

就在西塘里面。欢迎外国人入住，工作人员将在售票处迎接您。设施和清洁度都很好，但没有会说英语的工作人员。他说如果我要求的话，他会单独付款并送我去机场。虽然他们不会说英语，但工作人员总体上都很友好。
