Royal Palace Hotel

The hotel is in the business district. It has large Chinese restaurant with VIP room. But the services at the restaurant were not up to a 5 stars hotel standard. Staff were not proactive and were just standing around even looking at mobile or wanted to clear the table quickly. ||The hotel rooms are of good size and have comfortable beds, unfortunately, the temperature inside the room was set at 27 Celsius! Too warm with a thick duvet. It could not be set individually, although some rooms may still have individual controller.||Breakfast buffet is acceptable as it is included in our room rate.

酒店位于商业区。拥有大型中餐厅，设有贵宾室。但餐厅的服务达不到五星级酒店的标准。工作人员并不主动，只是站在那里，甚至看手机或想快速清理桌子。 ||酒店房间面积不错，床很舒服，遗憾的是房间内的温度定在27摄氏度！盖着厚羽绒被太暖和了。它无法单独设置，尽管有些房间可能仍然有单独的控制器。||自助早餐是可以接受的，因为它包含在我们的房价中。

On a three night stay, I returned to my room the second day to find the entire hallway stinking of chemical fumes. I rested in my room for an hour between meetings and awoke to find my room smelling even stronger than the hall of the chemicals. My nose and chest were burning and I felt dizzy and nauseous. The smell seemed to be some type of noxious chemical substance. My business partner staying in the room next to mine had the same experience. We had a dinner meeting with a client and were unable to eat for fear of getting sick. Upon return we complained to the manager and they denied any issue, but did offer to move us. We asked for a concession and the manager on duty said something about 'painting the floors nearby'. Clearly there was no painting going on. They offered only one room free of charge instead of two despite there being a problem with two. Interestingly they also offered to the us to the hospital and cover any medical bills. (For paint alleged paint fumes?) Clearly they knew there was a much more serious problem. In addition to health concerns, this also cost me lost time with my customers. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Management was totally unreasonable in dealing with this problem that could have been easily solved. Additionally, whole floors of the building looked as though they had been abandoned for months. Garbage and construction debris was lying about these empty areas. Also, the gym which the sign instructed was to open at 7 am was kept locked for the entirety of my trip. Bottom line, there are much better places to stay in Haining.

住了三个晚上，第二天我回到房间，发现整个走廊都散发着化学烟雾的臭味。会议间隙，我在房间里休息了一个小时，醒来时发现我的房间闻起来比大厅里的化学物质更浓。我的鼻子和胸部火辣辣的，我感到头晕、恶心。气味似乎是某种有毒化学物质。 住在我隔壁房间的商业伙伴也有同样的经历。我们与一位客户共进晚餐，由于担心生病而无法进食。回来后，我们向经理投诉，他们否认有任何问题，但确实提出让我们换房间。我们要求让步，值班经理说了一些关于“粉刷附近的地板”的话。显然没有进行任何绘画。尽管有两个房间存在问题，但他们只免费提供一间房间而不是两间。有趣的是，他们还向我们提供去医院的机会并支付任何医疗费用。 （对于油漆所谓的油漆烟雾？）显然他们知道有一个更严重的问题。除了健康问题之外，这也让我损失了与客户相处的时间。我不会推荐任何人入住这家酒店。管理层在处理这个本来可以很容易解决的问题时完全不合理。 此外，整栋大楼的楼层看起来都像是被遗弃了几个月一样。这些空旷的地方到处都是垃圾和建筑垃圾。此外，在我的整个旅程中，标牌指示早上 7 点开放的健身房一直处于锁定状态。最重要的是，海宁还有更好的住宿地点。

整体感觉比较好，服务态度比其他地方好。各方面都很很好，客人随身拎的包，服务员都会主动帮你拎进去，会主动帮着开房门，把客人的东西放好，然后出来。服务很到位，而且态度也相当好，酒店装修很有派头很有内涵，房间比其他的标间要大，差不多有45平方米左右，地理位置不算好，有点偏，周边就是一个皮革城和一个小区，交通有一个公交车站，公交站就在门口，出行打车的话也很方便。我住的房间是含有早餐的，早餐做的还可以比其他的饭店好一点，品种很多看起来比较好，就是性价比稍微偏高。但还是会推荐我朋友去这里入住。

我觉得酒店的周边环境一般，卫生还可以，被单、床单、枕套，天天换。毛巾也是每天都有换。我就得酒店交通还可以。酒店处于闹市区，有点吵。我酒店房间隔音不是很好，因为我们住的这家酒店旁边有KTV吧。免费提供早餐，交通还可以。酒店的总体还一般吧。

I guess the most important things when travelling for business is to have a clean, preferably big rooms for which this hotel passes the test. There is a Starbucks coffee shop inside the building, I haven't had time to check the gym. Unfortunately the breakfast is only Chinese style. I'd say it is the 2nd best hotel here in Haining and so if you look for something mid range, this would be your choice.

我想商务旅行时最重要的事情是拥有一个干净的房间，最好是大的房间，这家酒店通过了测试。楼内有星巴克咖啡店，健身房我还没来得及去看看。不幸的是早餐只有中式。我想说这是海宁第二好的酒店，所以如果您寻找中档酒店，这将是您的选择。

环境是不错，就是相比的话价格有点高了，已经差不多比上杭州、上海的价格了。房间装饰的不错，装修方面以我个审美眼光看，住在里面还是很舒服的。设施提供的还是挺齐全的，卫生也不错。位置不错，如果买衣服的话周边很方便的，如果去市区的话可能开车算上红绿灯要10分钟左右吧。

网络价400+五星级，算是合理的价位了，边上就是皮革城购物购到爽为止！很适合来血拼的游客。服务还算是中规中矩，早餐也很不错。

My stay here was problematic. After two flights to get here taking nearly 16 hours and then an afternoon in a factory. I just wanted to get some sleep but not that easy!!!||I was staying in room 207, but after dinner my card for the room would not work and it materialised that the lock on the door was faulty. They quickly moved me to a new room but I needed my luggage and personal belongings which were still in the room. When these were returned to me, my electric shaver was left in there and trying to obtain this was difficult due to the hotel staff's lack of English. Finally it was returned to me.||Also the checking out process takes a while so give yourself plenty of time.||An ok hotel and it was very clean. Other than room issues an ok stay.

我在这里的住宿是有问题的。经过两趟航班到达这里，花了近 16 个小时，然后在一家工厂待了一个下午。我只是想睡一会儿，但没那么容易！||我住在207房间，但晚饭后我的房间卡无法使用，而且门上的锁有故障。他们很快就把我搬到了一个新房间，但我需要仍在房间里的行李和个人物品。当这些东西归还给我时，我的电动剃须刀被留在了那里，由于酒店工作人员不会英语，因此很难找到它。最后它还给了我。||退房过程需要一段时间，所以给自己足够的时间。||一家不错的酒店，非常干净。除了房间问题之外，住宿还不错。
