My partner told me that he always wanted to stay at Sunshine Hotel and that in Jiaxing it has a good reputation.||||The hotel is at the corner of a 4 way crossroads. Also there are couple of shopping malls and one at the time of being there looked like in the final stages of completion. There were also very good places to eat that would suit everyone's budget.||||Everything in China is massive and impressive even in Jiaxing and there are lots of Govermental Buildings nearby.||||We occupied two rooms during our stay, the second after a complaint and was upgraded to a very more superior room to what we had at first and better decor. The hotel lobby is very nice and pleasant. The rates were very good value.||||The rooms were both pleasant and different by themselves in what they offered. Toiletries were of good quality and the decor was nice. Wifi was included however the speeds no matter where you went, were very slow.||||The second roomI believe was more Executive in style and had memory foam pillows and the double bed could be remotely activated to give you comfort for your sleep and if you laid in bed to watch TV.||||The drawers contained something that initially made us chuckle, however we thought that it was quite a good idea, especially if you were in an amorous mood.||||As for breakfast, I can say that the variety on offer is good and although most of their business is local market. The food selection can rival that of a top western hotel. As for the quality, I can only hope that it has improved however it will not stop us staying next time we are here in Jiaxing.||||We tried the swimming pool in the hotel, however it was very cold outside and the temperature needed turning up as well inside. If you wanted to use the jacuzzi and steam and sauna room, a member of staff had to turn it on and off for you. One of the bizarre things were that all clients had to wear swim caps. There is a public swimming bath with an olympic sized pool, nearby.

The room is model, western and nice. It's very quiet and the bed is great. There is a western buffet at the second floor. Excellent food and great Philippinio singers makes it a wonderful dinner experience. Breakfast buffet is also good, located at the same restaurant as the dinner buffet. Overall, it's a very reasonably priced hotel with 5 star quality. I've stayed in several hotels in Jiaxing and must say it's the best choice for business travel.

Average 4-star hotel without an international brand attached. Rooms were good and plenty of space, but showing signs of wear in some details. Bed was comfortable and quiet at night. I did not have problem with smoke smell lingering in the hotel. Internet speed was good for VOIP applications. Breakfast selection for western food was not a good as seen in other places. Supply was also short at times due to the volume of people there.

酒店的地理位置还不错，虽然不是闹市中心，但交通还便利，周边配套也还成熟。|酒店自今年5月开始升级为5星，但是同时相对来讲价格也加了好多，入住的高级房含早要640元，觉得在这样的城市有点点小贵。酒店硬件如果和新建造的5星酒店比起来还是要略逊一筹的，好在酒店的服务还不错。有两听免费饮料还有欢迎果盆什么的。|有一点好处是酒店有个泳池对客人是免费开放的，还不错。早餐的品种很丰盛，个人很喜欢。

Stayed just 1 night with a tour group. Hotel was good with grand lobby and connected to a shopping mall.||||Toilet was clean and spacious with a bench which could have been a bathtub formerly. So only with shower stall in the toilet with full toiletries provided.||||Room was nice and spacious. Bed was clean and comfortable. TV programs mostly Chinese and very few in English. Wifi was intermittent.||||When checking with front desk staff on wifi, the 2 female staff were unfriendly.||||It was too cold to go out to look for dinner so we settled in at the restaurant on the third floor. Service was good and food was great too.||||Bakery had a 50% discount on cakes after 7.30 pm so we bought some for supper.||||Breakfast was pretty good. This was one of the better hotels we stayed during our tour around cities near Shanghai.

和一个旅游团只住了一晚。酒店很好，大堂宏伟，与购物中心相连。||||厕所干净宽敞，有一张长凳，以前可能是浴缸。所以只有厕所里有淋浴间，并提供全套洗浴用品。||||房间漂亮宽敞。床很干净，很舒服。电视节目以中文为主，英文节目很少。 wifi时断时续。||||向前台工作人员查询wifi情况时，2位女工作人员态度不友善。||||天气太冷，无法出去寻找晚餐，所以我们就在三楼的餐厅安顿下来。服务很好，食物也很棒。||||晚上 7.30 后，面包店的蛋糕有 50% 的折扣，所以我们买了一些当晚餐。||||早餐很不错。这是我们在上海附近城市旅行期间住过的最好的酒店之一。

酒店是当地应该算是数一数二的五星级酒店，位置离中心稍远，但是设施还不错，离主要景区南湖也不算太远，前台Check in和Check out的时候都比较快，员工都能笑脸相迎。房间不算很大，但是挺干净的，让人感觉还是蛮舒服的。店内可以免费游泳，只是现在天冷了，所以游起来还是蛮冷的。早餐去得稍晚就没啥东西吃了，这个相比其他五星级饭店有差距。价格在节日里也不算便宜。

I've been to this hotel many times before and was always very satisfied but this time around I was really really disappointed. Right upon my arrival I knew it wouldn't be a good experience as the other times before when no bell boy came to see me to offer to carry on my luggages to my room. Then as I settled into my room a maid brought me a mango yogurt that had such a funny smell I didn't even taste it. Luckily, the bed and pillows were still comfortable so I slept well. The morning after, I went to have breakeast and you could tell the food were the lefovers from last night as nothing looked fresh. Also, the coffee has such a strong sour smell and taste I only took a sip. Finally, upon checking out the lady at the front desk gave me the invoice in chinese just like that: the other times before I had a nice invoice in english in an enveloppe. Sad to say, but next time I go to Jiaxing I might just try another hotel.

我以前来过这家酒店很多次而且总是很满意但是这一次我真的很失望。当我到达时，我知道这不会像以前那样是一次很好的经历，因为没有服务员来见我并提出将行李搬到我的房间。然后，当我在房间里安顿下来时，一位女仆给我端来了一杯芒果酸奶，味道很奇怪，我什至没有尝到它的味道。幸运的是，床和枕头仍然很舒服，所以我睡得很好。第二天早上，我去吃早餐，你可以看出食物是昨晚的剩菜，因为没有什么看起来新鲜。而且，咖啡有很浓的酸味和味道，我只喝了一口。最后，在结帐时，前台女士给了我一张中文发票，就像这样：之前有几次我在信封里收到了一张漂亮的英文发票。遗憾的是，但下次我去嘉兴时，我可能会尝试另一家酒店。

I was again very satisfied with my latest stay at the Sunshine hotel.The staff was very nice and polite as usual: upon my arrival, a maid came to my room to deliver some kind of tea as a welcome gesture. Beds and pillows were as comfy as ever and the a/c was strong enough to cool down the room despite the summer heat. I was really surprised by the evening buffet at the restaurant: there were so many choices and dishes from around the world (ex.: mexican food). Sure that if I go back to Jiaxing, I will stay again at this fabulous hotel.

我对最近在阳光酒店的住宿再次感到非常满意。工作人员像往常一样非常友善和礼貌：当我到达时，一位女仆来到我的房间送上某种茶作为欢迎的姿态。床和枕头一如既往地舒适，尽管夏天很热，空调也足够给房间降温。我对餐厅的自助晚餐感到非常惊讶：有很多来自世界各地的选择和菜肴（例如：墨西哥菜）。当然，如果我回到嘉兴，我会再次入住这家美妙的酒店。
