这家酒店最令我驚訝的地方是、從保安、大堂、、前台、3F餐廳、35F餐廳、所有的服務人員態度都非常好、特別感謝管家（忻管家和王松服务好）

I always stay in this hotel but this time I was not lucky. The AC in the room made a lot of noise making very difficult to sleep. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good but before was better. I went to have it around 8:00 and a lot of tables empty but very dirt. But I will back, for sure.

It is a lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.|Rooms are very well appointed and comfortable and looks good too.|Breakfast is good and plentiful, however the coffee and juices are pretty bad, easy things to fix, the watery coffee and the sweet and warm juice.|The room I got, a previous guest been smiling in it, but they changed very promptly to me.|Will I be back? For sure I will!

酒店房間光線不足，令人納闷，浴室沒有大門关闭，倘與同事同房，洗澡很不方便。唯一值得一提的是吃早饭的咖啡廳，由安排座位的小哥到執拾枱面的员工，勤快敬業，值得一贊！

We really enjoyed our stay here and were pleastantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and the service. The hotel was finished in 2018, and is still in great condition. The rooms are clean, with beautiful bathrooms and great views. The lobby and restaurant are on the 35th floor and are super ostentacious - 3 storey ceilings on the 35th floor! It's a lot of fun. Breakfast is mostly Chinese food, with a few Western options thrown in. Overall satisfied with the breakfast. The noodle bar is good. They have a coffee machine and take your coffee order when you sit. The swimming pool is great, way up on the 37th floor. This was a highlight for our family. You can see most of the city from the pool, and the rest of the city from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the change rooms! There is a wet sauna (open in the mens room, closed in the womens room).There is a nice Japanese restaurant on the first floor, but there isn't much else around in the immediate vicinity. We didn't try the hotel restaurants outside of breakfast. Eleme might be your best bet.The service was fantastic, and there were a number of moments when the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a good stay.The city is developing quickly, and there was a lot of construction during our stay. The construction didn't interfere with our sleep. The rooms were silent!

服務態度非常熱情！酒店很乾淨. 房間也很滿意！就是隔音差了點！隔壁房間一晩上都在聊天我聽了一晚上🤣🤣
