富邦荪湖山庄

这家酒店很新，有些禅意，装修非常用心，硬件很舍得，服务也不错，从一条山间小路开进去的时候感觉挺不错，酒店正对面的亭子走廊山水风光秀丽，周边还未完全开发好的关系没啥好逛的。早餐也很好。

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel. The facility overall is excellent, the design, the taste, the modern devices applied, such as electronic controlled lighting and curtain drawing, sensing toilet, etc.||||The cost is slightly higher, but worth it. The Chinese food service and environment is very well. However, the Western food, particularly those served as part of the breakfast buffet, are not so well. They need better trained cook for the Western food, and cooking such food for breakfast buffet is not that hard. They burned the waffle, and the hamburger is very dry, the French onion soup is also a disappointment. All these are basics to test the quality of the Western food services.||||Other area require training is the cleaning team. The floors are not wiped well, and we asked the housekeeping to re-do that, they sent two persons to do a single job, the other one is just standing there watching, and always forget to replenish the consumable supplies after daily routine. There is also no stand for rest the luggage case, which is very inconvenient.||||The hotel is situated in a scenery area, during holidays many tourist come to the near by lake for photograph, etc. the cars are parked everywhere without proper regulating, sometimes blocking the entrance/exit of the hotel. When I asked for help of the hotel doorman, he just find all the excuses of not to help, such as outside the hotel jurisdiction if it is parked along the street next to it. The guy even refuse to come with me to look at the situation saying his job requires him to be around the hotel doors, (only 20 meters away). I was very frustrated by arguing with him for almost 15 minutes but without any progress.

Spectacular meal with astounding presentation. Did not stay at hotel. Only had lunch in the well appointed dining area. One of the most memorable meals of my life. Great natural setting of the hotel grounds.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There are no restaurants around so you have to eat in the hotel. There are nice paths to take a walk or small hike around. The swimming pool is nice and they also have a great play area for kids.

这家酒店位于一个偏僻的地方。周围没有餐馆，所以必须在酒店里吃饭。周围有很多不错的小路可供散步或小远足。游泳池很漂亮，他们还有一个很棒的儿童游乐区。

Was there for for one night to attend Company End Year Dinner.||Love the room! Big and Clean! Come with BIG bathtub and sea salt.||What surprise me was the auto toilet bowl! Even better than the 5 star hotel in Japan. Hahaha....||||Breakfast so so only. No other shops nearby.

在那里住了一晚是为了参加公司年终晚宴。||喜欢这个房间！ 大又干净！ 配有大浴缸和海盐。||令我惊讶的是自动马桶！比日本的五星级酒店还要好。哈哈哈...||||早餐一般般。 附近没有其他商店。

Ok many things to be unhappy about. First, great idea a zen style hospital , rooms layout, lobby, etc all very nice. Good enough gym. Enough parking space. But:||Pool opening hours - close at 2100 and only reopen at 1330. Come one why not a little longer and a little earlier?||Aircon in front of window - why do u put a major aircon engine in front of a window?||Dogs in the lobby, probably rooms - thought this hotel was pet free?||Forgotten things - forgot a little back in the bathroom, no on from the hotel staff informed us and waited for us to call the hotel?

好吧，有很多不开心的事情。首先，禅宗风格的医院是个好主意，房间布局、大堂等都非常好。足够好的健身房。足够的停车位。但是：||泳池开放时间 - 2100 点关门，1330 点才重新开放。来吧，为什么不早一点、长一点呢？||窗前有空调 - 为什么你要把一个主要的空调引擎放在窗前？||大堂里有狗，可能是房间里的狗 - 以为这家酒店是禁止携带宠物的？||忘记了东西 - 忘记了一点回到浴室，酒店工作人员没有通知我们并等待我们给酒店打电话？

Ottimo hotel confortevole pulito silenzioso immerso nel parco con uno splendido laghetto di fronte possibilità la mattina di fare una passeggiata nel verde lungo la pista pedonale che fiancheggia il laghetto

优秀、舒适、干净、安静的酒店，坐落在公园里，前面有一个美丽的湖泊，早上可以沿着湖边的人行道在绿色植物中散步
