This is my go-to hotel for my business travel in Ningbo area. It is located at a convenient location, not too far from the train station and the city centre, but also easy to access the outer skirt of the city without getting into rush hour traffic. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The included breakfast has lots to choose from. The highlight is definitely the service. Each guest is assigned with a private concierge (or butler). Every small request or question is only a text message away. My private butler 卢蕊 was able to bump me into a better room and higher floor, took care of laundry requests and provided me tips to nearby points of interests. Upon my check out, she prepared a thoughtful gift for my journey. It is always a pleasant stay at Kaiyuan.

这是我在宁波地区出差的首选酒店。它地理位置优越，距离火车站和市中心不太远，而且可以轻松到达城市的外缘，而无需陷入高峰时段的交通。酒店很干净，房间也很宽敞。包含的早餐有很多选择。亮点绝对是服务。每位客人都分配有一名私人礼宾人员（或管家）。每个小请求或问题都只需一条短信即可解决。我的私人管家卢蕊能够帮我安排到更好的房间和更高的楼层，照顾洗衣要求，并为我提供附近景点的建议。在我退房时，她为我的旅程准备了一份贴心的礼物。在开元的住宿总是很愉快。

Staying in this hotel was really the right choice for me. I am an English teacher and have been in China for six months. It was an enjoyable experience at the Ningbo Kaiyuan Mingdu Hotel. The rooms have adequate heating, and we got fresh towels and water every day. Mengna's butler service is very good, she sent us milk and fruit as a gift to our room during Chris**as. This hotel is really amazing. Ordering takeout can be delivered to the room door using A robot which makes it really convenient. It's worth a visit! The hotel is also equipped with a heated swimming pool and a gym, and spa. The breakfast was buffet and had a variety of things to eat. The rooms are spacious and bright and beautiful. I was placed on the 17th floor, which is a higher floor and very quiet. Great service, the staff are very friendly, I highly recommend it.

Had memorable stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel looks posh and clean. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful too. The breakfast buffet was great with variety of food offered. Night view was great too. Most importantly, the public transport was near to the hotel.

Good hotel with nice services. Administrator He Jing helped a lot with occurred questions. In there's everything you need and nice view as well. Cons: smell of mold in one corner of my room and slow WiFi. Breakfast is very good with a big choice of food.

Rooms are spacious, but the hotel needs renovation. All in all, a night with two breakfasts for 80 usd is quite ok.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable , the rooms are clean and the environment is peaceful , I would also like to thank one of the staff members miss rui , she helped me on my stay , she added my WeChat for a better communication, definitely I highly recommend this hotel and of course I would be back soon!!!!
