宁波海尚大酒店

酒店大厅很大，有自己特色的大堂吧和美食屋。在大堂吧可以品尝世界各地的酒，另外也设有茶饮，环境较好，我是正好酒店举行德国啤酒节的时候入住的，十分有特色，可以品尝到正宗的是德国啤酒。美食屋是酒店每天自制的面包和甜点，十分新鲜。酒店二楼是中餐厅和西餐厅，满足各种需要，西餐厅的自助午餐很划算。|我预定的是大床房，床垫很舒服，浴室有浴缸也有喷头，基本可以满足我的需要。有窗的房间，采光很好，而且楼层较高，非常适合看夜景。|酒店旁边就是大型欧尚超市，还有各类小吃，服装店等，还有电影院，基本可以满足夜生活的需求。|最值得一提的是酒店的服务，每个服务员都特别热情，见到我会主动微笑问好，还会主动帮我拎东西，提行李厢，按电梯楼层，并送到房间门口。让我感觉十分方便，宾至如归。|酒店还开设了周边游活动，酒店自己的旅游大巴带领。如果在那呆的时间长，可以考虑报名，旅途很愉快。

房间非常干净，香薰的味道非常舒服。装修风格简洁，整体服务人员的素质也很高，不管是打扫，还是办理入住，都非常流畅，感觉很舒服。潘丰和李昕更是服务超级好！帮忙提行李，解决了困难，太感谢了！

不得不说这家酒店是性价比超高，房间里面的空间都超级大，而且卫生做得相当的棒。由于抵达酒店的时候外面下着大雨，办理入住的时候前台的小姑娘还问需不需要毛巾擦拭一下雨水，这样的问候可是相当的体贴。酒店附近就有超市，买东西非常方便，而且周边也有几家吃海鲜的小店，选择也不算太少。

服务员服务热情、细心、就是房间的果盘里水果少了点，晚上服务员送餐比较快，赞一个，房间卫生打扫的比较干净。酒店周围不好打车。

I have stayed in this hotel at least 10 times, the first time just one week after opening. As other reviewers have noted, it is surprisingly nice for a China managed hotel. The rooms have what would be expected from a western style and managed hotel in China but at a lower price. Beds are comfortable - not like sleeping on plywood. The bathrooms have good lighting, hot water and great pressure. The WiFi is adequate to conduct Skype video calls or Webinars. ||||There are always english speaking hotel staff available so if you don't have an interpreter staying with you no worries.||||I recommend purchasing the breakfast with the room. It is better than average with something for everyone including made to order eggs.||||Close by are several restaurants, a fruit market and shopping. There is also a nice Chinese restaurant in the hotel along with a dinner buffet in the same restaurant where the breakfast buffet is served. I recommend both.||||If you need a hotel in the North-Northeast side of Ningbo you wont find a better value than the Riviera. I have tried most of the hotels in the area and this one is by far the best.

My first night in China was at this Hotel and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful with the check in procedures at the reception and helped me with the formalities of currency exchange. The ride up to the room was quick but a lesson learned, you do not tip in China. The room was comfortable with 2 channels in English so it was cool. The layout and bed very comfortable but what I liked best was the shaving mirror. When shaving I noticed that because of the glare from the bathroom lights I could not shave properly. That was when I noticed the shaving mirror. I was very happy and have enclosed the picture. Wish more hotels have the same feature

I stayed here for one night. The room was comfortable and some minor maintenance (ripped carpet and smoke marks on the carpet) would make it great!||Bathroom was good and clean. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. The hotel has a great breakfast. Both Chinese and western. I chose the Chinese breakfast (yum!). This was one of 5 hotels I stayed at this trip and it was number 3 in the ones that I stayed in. Good value for money!

From Hangzhou, we took a high speed train to Ningbo. We have stayed at this hotel before and had no problem with it. I noticed some new addition decor being added in this hotel. Still as new, clean and enjoy our pleasant stay here. Most of our relatives are staying around in this area. Great place to meet up over a coffee and cake.
