Great location, walking distance to the shopping malls and West Lake.||Check-in was a breeze, Joey was welcoming and helpful! There was complimentary drinks every day at the lounge. ||Dragon at the entrance of the hotel was friendly and approachable, he helped us even under the hot sun, and even offered to recommend places to visit! ||The cleaning lady on the 12th floor was also cheerful and it's a joy to see her smiling face every day! ||Looking forward to stay here again, please send my regards to the amazing staff and the awesome work they do!

昨天刚从这家希尔顿酒店退房，体验真的非常好，酒店的服务人员意识到位，会主动询问客人的需求，还给我们升级了一个不错的房间，酒店离西湖走路就能够到，位置应该是在杭州老城区，让本次旅行的行程非常便利。会推荐朋友来住。

My stay at the Canopy hotel was absolutely amazing! The hotel has this youthful, creative, and dynamic vibe that feels both modern and super welcoming 💖 The location? Simply stunning! And the design? Spacious and totally Instagram-worthy. The all-night music and mouth-watering drinks at the bar were so good, I could've partied all night long 💝🧚‍♀️ The service? Top-notch! The staff went above and beyond, and I have to give a special shoutout to the DYSON HAIR DRYER – seriously, finding Dyson in my room was like discovering hidden treasure. I left feeling totally pampered and satisfied 🥵 As a foreign traveler, I thought navigating and booking tickets would be a headache, but the Canopy crew had my back. They helped me snag show tickets a week in advance, even before the usual payment period. Talk about VIP treatment! I’m super grateful for their help and can't wait to come back ✨⚡

酒店设施不错，马桶自带体温感应，功能齐全，各种设施好用且完善，还提供加微信的管家服务，下次我和妻子再来杭州还会选择这家酒店的！

这次来杭州这个酒店是朋友帮我订的，就有一种震撼感，酒店的隐藏式大门进去后设计非常的潮流，比较年轻化，在前台办理入住手续前台也面带微笑让我觉得心情很舒适，前台还向我介绍酒店有两份免费的鸡尾酒可以喝，真的很惊喜，如果喜欢年轻设计风格的朋友可以去体验一番

中秋假期和男朋友到西湖嘉悦里酒店入住.正好遇上台风天.接待的酒店前台很贴心了告知了一些注意事项让人觉得很暖心 有宾至如归的感觉，本来计划好出游但由于台风原因无法出去在酒店待了两天，全身心的体验了一下酒店 非常的好

入住体验非常不错，酒店还赠送免费酒水，还有机器人送外卖很便捷，酒店房间配备了戴森吹风机还有智能马桶，比较惊喜的体验，还会再次选择的

第一次来杭州旅行，选择酒店距离西湖比较近的酒店，习惯入住希尔顿品牌，首选了杭州西湖希尔顿嘉悦里酒店，对于这家酒店简直惊艳到了我，从门口到房间，无论环境，设计，服务都是一流，我非常喜欢，会推荐朋友们来入住
