這間酒店雖然比較老舊，但交通方便！離打鐵關地鐵站很近，從杭州蕭山機場可以坐地鐵一號線直達！坐地鐵去西湖景區也很方便。我住的雖是單人房，從圖片可見，房間相當大，日照充足，各項設施齊全。酒店還很貼心的每日送一包牛奶和一個萍果到房間，很讚！

The hotel was good in terms in location however the staff was unfriendly with us. The bed in the room was very hard and when you asked for help (service included) they said no because they supposedly didn't have any. They make you pay a guarantee that does not appear in the description of this hotel. I wouldn't go back there

这家酒店的位置很好，但是工作人员对我们不友好。房间里的床很硬，当你寻求帮助（包括服务）时，他们拒绝了，因为他们应该没有任何帮助。他们让你支付这家酒店的描述中没有出现的保证金。我不会回到那里

Close enough to the metro to get to the good places. Room was OK. Bed was comfy. But the shower didn't drain well and was small and dark. Very strange order to numbering the rooms along the corridor as well.

离地铁足够近，可以到达好地方。房间还可以。床很舒服。但淋浴间的排水不太好，而且又小又黑。走廊沿线的房间编号顺序也很奇怪。

记录火车东站只有两个地铁站，地理位置方便，附近还有和平广场购物城，吃饭购物都很方便。酒店房间价钱实惠，性价比很高，出乎意料。但是设施较陈旧，有些东西缺失，需要自己找服务员拿。大堂灯光灰暗，房间倒是挺大，打扫得比较干净，但隔音效果有些差，晚上睡觉时总觉得有点吵。酒店也没有无线网络提供，有待改进。

I don’t know why I can’t post a video here. I booked a room in this hotel for two nights during my stay in Hanzghou. The first night, I arrived and left the hotel room right away and came back after 12, I found that the ac has a loud terrible noise, no one was at the front desk, I put myself to bed as I was exhausted after long day, the second day I rush out and came back at night before 12 and I called the front desk to check that noise level, they sent a technician. He came up, checked tried to fix it, then he called the front desk, and said, change the room the noise won’t let him sleep. They took me in another room and even the noise was louder, the front desk receptionist checked by herself and told me it’s louder than your current room, we don’t have any other rooms, you might need to try to sleep here tonight. I recorded a video of the noise, but I am here allowed only to upload pictures. The second day, the refused to compensate me and they said you completed your stay, even I complained and they said we don’t have any other option. I mean how can you sleep in such a noise? Terrible experience.

我不知道为什么我不能在这里发布视频。我在杭州逗留期间在这家酒店预订了房间两晚。第一天晚上，我到达后立即离开酒店房间，12点后回来，我发现空调噪音很大，前台没有人，我自己上床睡觉，因为我在漫长的一天后筋疲力尽，第二天我赶出去，晚上12点前回来，我打电话给前台检查噪音水平，他们派了一名技术人员。他上来，检查了一下，想修一下，然后给前台打电话，说，换个房间，噪音让他睡不着。他们把我带到了另一个房间，而且噪音还大，前台接待员亲自检查后告诉我，比你现在的房间更吵，我们没有其他房间了，你今晚可能需要尝试睡在这里。我录制了一段噪音视频，但这里只允许我上传图片。第二天，他们拒绝赔偿我，他们说你完成了你的住宿，即使我抱怨，他们说我们没有任何其他选择。我的意思是你怎么能在这么吵闹的情况下睡觉呢？可怕的经历。

在私人小旅馆中算是好点的了，入住环境还可以，反正也没有温馨的感觉。布局还算不错的，我当时是住的标间。隔音环境不太好，也没有免费早餐。离京杭大运河应该有二十米左右吧。我当时下了火车晚上十点多了，人员服务挺差劲的，爱搭不理的。

房间宽敞,但是设施不是很齐全，需要再增加一些,比方说洗手液、茶包都没有的。住着感觉还不错,在房间里可以健身锻炼，这个我很喜欢，公交出租方便,离市区近,购物很吃饭都很方便;隔音效果好,睡觉不会停到声音,电视清晰,空调不错;服务态度好;不过管理有待加强,客人有需要，不能及时送到。
