We stay here quite often mainly because of the excellent location on Qingshanhu. The room standard (Superior) is good - spacious, comfortable, nice view (floor 5). However, it was disappointing that the dinner buffet was closed. The hotel Chinese restaurant was good. Bar service was poor.

This was my fifth stay in 2.5 years. I choose this hotel mainly for its scenic and relaxing lakeside location (including a 40km cycling “greenway” around Qingshan Lake) and proximity to Hangzhou (one hour) and Tianmushan nature reserve (

这是我 2.5 年来第五次入住。我选择这家酒店主要是因为它风景优美、令人放松的湖畔位置（包括环青山湖 40 公里的自行车“绿道”），并且靠近杭州（一小时）和天目山自然保护区（不到一小时）。酒店最近进行了翻新，我们舒适的房间感觉更清新，但现在浴室不再是靠窗的卧室，可以俯瞰湖景。自助晚餐和早餐都足够而且前者便宜。还有一家中餐馆。服务有点业余，但令人愉快，在三个晚上的其中一个晚上，我们不得不提醒客房服务员整理我们的房间！它主要是一家婚礼和活动酒店，因此可能会有点吵，但这并不会影响轻松的环境。

This hotel is perfect for a getaway from the city!The environment is green, so tranquil & relaxing 🌿I booked a room with mountain view and upgraded with a view on the lake. The room was clean and spacious. The bath tub is huge and they also provide bath salt. The TV also offers English channels and TVOD. The bed was comfy and bed sheets felt fresh :) The breakfast buffet is nice. It has many options. You can also order room service for meals. The menu is available in the room in English and Chinese. Prices are quite reasonable. There’s also a cycling trail around the lake which is accessible from the hotel. One of the receptionists also speaks English and she’s very friendly & helpful! I had a great experience at this hotel and defo recommend it! 👍🏼

这家酒店非常适合远离城市度假！环境绿意盎然，安静又放松🌿订的是山景房，升级为湖景房。房间干净又宽敞。浴缸很大，还提供浴盐。电视还提供英语频道和 TVOD。床很舒服，床单感觉很新鲜:) 自助早餐很不错。它有很多选择。您还可以订购客房送餐服务。房间里有英文和中文菜单。价格相当合理。湖边还有一条自行车道，可从酒店前往。其中一位接待员也会说英语，她非常友好且乐于助人！我在这家酒店度过了一段很棒的经历，绝对推荐它！ 👍🏼

This hotel is right on the lake front and you can easily join the cycle path from the hotel. The staff were helpful although as breakfast was only served in the room they did fail on one occasion to take into account my dietary requirements. I was also disappointed that many of the hotels leisure facilities were closed during my stay. That said the room was excellent and I had a pleasant misty view from my balcony and the hotel and a selection of decent eateries

The hotel is set in an amazing location next to Qingshan Lake and the scenery is beautiful. Every thing about the hotel was great apart from one incident in the evening that we stayed there. It was my first time meeting my girlfriend's mum so I decided to take them to this hotel as it has great reviews online and Qingshan Lake is an amzing place. My girlfriend's mum loves to play cards so after dinner we played in the hotel bar which was empty like most hotel bars in China. After buying a bottle of beer that was 4 times more expensive than a supermarket, we played about 3 or 4 hands but then one of the ladies who worked there came over and said we needed to stop playing. I asked why but she had no answer other we couldn't play and should go back to our rooms. Shortly after this her superior arrived and had the same message but again no reason why. I agreed we would leave because it was quite awkward but I asked to be refunded for the beer I had just bought. The manager gave me 38yuan on cash is difficult to spend these days in China, she didn't even make eye contact with me as she slammed it down on the table where we were sat. It was a little bit disappointing because this hotel is definately worth a visit.

酒店地理位置优越，毗邻青山湖，风景优美。除了我们晚上住在那里的一件事之外，酒店的一切都很棒。这是我第一次见到我女朋友的妈妈，所以我决定带他们去这家酒店，因为它在网上的评价很好，而且青山湖是一个很棒的地方。我女朋友的妈妈喜欢打牌，所以晚饭后我们在酒店的酒吧里玩，那里像中国大多数酒店的酒吧一样空荡荡的。买了一瓶比超市贵四倍的啤酒后，我们玩了大约三四手，但后来一位在那里工作的女士走过来说我们需要停止玩了。我问为什么，但她没有回答，因为我们不能玩，应该回到我们的房间。不久之后，她的上司到达并传达了同样的信息，但又没有说明原因。我同意我们离开，因为这很尴尬，但我要求退还我刚买的啤酒。经理给了我38元现金，这些天在中国很难花，她甚至没有与我进行眼神交流，就把它摔在我们坐的桌子上。有点令人失望，因为这家酒店绝对值得一游。

地理位置很好，青山湖最佳了就在湖边上，走出去就可以开始环湖游。装修和设施就非常非常普通了，新不新旧不旧的，整体服务员素质也透着浓浓国企风。晚上看到湖景房入住率估计连10%都不到，但在多番询问下依旧说没办法升房。

The hotel was lovely, service was excellent. The room is very big and comfortable. Lovely view from the balcony. Breakfast has lots of choice and is delicious. Hotel facilities are great; swimming pool and activities are fun. It’s a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to friends. Really enjoyed my stay and the manager was very very helpful

This is a beautiful resort, set on a spectacular lake. It has a good breakfast. The wifi was spotty in the rooms, but good in the lobby area. The resort charges extra for non-smoking rooms. Although a resort, the activities were limited. The entertainment area seemed mostly to be gambling tables, and although there were signs for a sauna, it actually turned out to be a massage center. This resort is a private club also, with many businessmen frequenting on trips, and I would steer clear of that part of the resort. The showers have mold, as all have this trip in China, but the rooms are large, though dim, and the lake views are amazing.
