杭州永光酒店

前台态度极度傲慢，没有礼貌，对人总是爱理不理的，给人的感觉就是个凑数的！尤其是它们其它部门的人的服务态度简直就是流氓，竟然说出威胁客户“人出门在外面，就要懂规矩”的话来。

We went to Hangzhou for a business trip, our supplier had booked this hotel because it's nearer to their office. The cab driver had no idea where it is even though we showed him the address. We had to call our friend and let her talk to the driver. ||It's very very far from the city area.||There was only 1 person working at the reception when we arrived after 40 minutes ride on the cab from the train station. ||There's no breakfast provided, and the restaurant was empty with only 3 dozing staffs during dinner time. ||There was minimal street lights on the road so it was quite dark on a quiet street. There are no restaurants adjacent to the building. We had to cross the street for food. ||I only saw a couple checking in during my stay, seems like there were no other residents in the hotel. Scary! ||There were lots of namecards underneath the door for 'special service' LOL... ||The room itself was OK though. I managed to get some sleep in there. ||Not an ideal place to stay at all for travellers.

我们去杭州出差，我们的供应商预订了这家酒店，因为它离他们的办公室更近。尽管我们告诉了出租车司机地址，但他不知道酒店在哪里。我们不得不打电话给我们的朋友，让她和司机谈谈。||这里离市区非常远。||我们从火车站坐出租车 40 分钟到达时，只有一个人在接待处工作。||没有提供早餐，晚餐时间餐厅空无一人，只有 3 名打瞌睡的员工。||路上的路灯很少，所以在一条安静的街道上相当黑暗。大楼附近没有餐馆。我们不得不过马路去吃饭。||在我入住期间，我只看到一对夫妇入住，似乎酒店里没有其他住客。可怕！||门下有很多“特殊服务”的名片，哈哈……||不过房间本身还可以。我设法在那里睡了一会儿。||对于旅行者来说，这根本不是一个理想的住宿地点。
