酒店服务态度很好，还给我们升级了房型，晚上还有暖心粥送到房间，设施齐全，近地铁口，前台小姐姐和蔼可亲，交通停车都很方便，我们很喜欢这样的环境[強][強][強]，下次来杭州还选择住这里

酒店蛮新的，应该落成没多久，又或者新装修过，很飘亮，住得很舒服。標双床房也很大，房间提供的是掛耳式滴漏咖啡，好香濃，房间清潔度很高，床铺舒服。酒店附近很多吃的，商場，沐足。。。超方便。

熱心助人的前台人员👍。房间衛生很好。早餐一般。可能是淡季，周边比较冷清，大部分都沒有开门，没有东西吃。

The Reception staff is the best staff I have ever seen in all my travels across the world and even compared to the other Hilton hotels we have stayed at. At the front desk Ms Mao Yingying and her other colleagues went out of their way to help us and make us have a restful and lovely holiday. Even the housekeeping staff and the staff at the cafe are very warm and helpful. I will surely return here for another holiday and recommend this hotel as Must Stay Hotel for all my friends. Thank you very much Hampton by Hilton!

接待人员是我在世界各地旅行中见过的最好的员工，甚至与我们住过的其他希尔顿酒店相比也是如此。前台的毛莹莹女士和她的其他同事竭尽全力帮助我们，让我们度过了一个轻松愉快的假期。就连客房服务人员和咖啡馆的工作人员都非常热情和乐于助人。我一定会再来这里度假，并向我所有的朋友推荐这家酒店作为必住酒店。非常感谢希尔顿欢朋酒店！

Very convenient. Allows late check out, friendly front desk and a very nice Aunty that cleans the rooms. I love it

The Staff is amazing! Right from reception to the breakfast counter to housekeeping. All very polite and super helpful. Thank you to each and everyone of them.
