开元名都大酒店

We had a pretty bad experience here. We paid around 75 euros per night which was not worth it.. This hotel is completely outdated, the room smells like smoke even though online it says it’s a no smoking room. The airco was making horrible noises which meant we had to sleep in heat as it was just too loud to sleep through. Towels were thin and just hanging on for dear life.. We decided to only stay one night and went to another hotel which was cheaper, much cleaner and better overall. The only positive I can say is that the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is average ok. Not too new not too old. It is averagely ok but the service is still inadequate I guess because the location is quite suburban. It is Hangzhou so as a foreigner, it is still quite a scene for the Chinese guests and staff to stare at us. Once again, staff are not able to speak English. So we need to use body language. But the housekeeping ladies are quite friendly and hospitable. We stay here for two weeks, she is offering a box of water bottles and extra towels based on our requests. The room is spacious with two toilets. A living room with a working desk. The other side is the bedroom with a big bathroom with toilet and bathtub. It is clean. The hotel breakfast is ok with diversified Chinese dishes. Unfortunately not many options for Westerns. It is a local hotel and the guests are local. The gym is located on the top floor and it is well equipped.

酒店很一般，还可以。不太新也不太旧。一般般，但我想服务仍然不够，因为位置相当郊区。这是杭州，作为一个外国人，中国客人和工作人员盯着我们看还是很景象。再次，工作人员不会说英语。所以我们需要使用肢体语言。但家政女士们都非常友好和好客。我们在这里住了两周，她根据我们的要求提供了一盒水瓶和额外的毛巾。房间很宽敞，有两个卫生间。客厅配有办公桌。另一侧是卧室，设有带卫生间和浴缸的大浴室。它很干净。酒店早餐还可以，中餐品种比较丰富。不幸的是，西方人的选择并不多。这是一家当地酒店，客人也是当地人。健身房位于顶楼，设备齐全。

This hotel is in a good location right next to the metro station, shops and restaurants. The breakfast had a wide range of food both Chinese and western.

My trip to the Grand New Century Hotel in Fuyang District, Hamgzhou, was quite a pleasant one. The rooms are clean, neat, spacious, oh and did I mention theybcome with a bath??? The service of the hotel staff was excellent. You would not expect this level of service from a hotel so far out of Hangzhou, as a matter of fact, you would be surprised to find it in a lot of major cities. The check-in, being a foreigner, is usually the worst part of any hotel stay in China, but it was so smooth. All the staff knew exactly what to do. I had a fractured foot and A LOT of baggage, and Inwas immediately assisted. They arranged carts, storrage for my excess items, Nd escorted me to my room. To my surprise, there were English speaking staff, and a special shoutout to Iris Chen, who took it on herself to see that Inwas taken care of! In all honesty, I have never seen this 5 star level service anywhere in China. I must also say well done to 汪俐昀 王易霖 and 孙露芬 for making sure I had a pleasant stay. The coffee shop was lovely, a nice hangout spot, and the tour of the hotel by Iris Chen was a big plus. She was a superstar from the get go. Any company would be lucky to have her in their ranks! She went above and beyond, even making sure I had the right healthcode after checking out as Zheijiang is quite strict. I applaud the hotel and staff for making me feel welcome and cared for!

Excellent front desk service - very supportive during the health prevention time. Helped me to order items since I was not able to navigate in the APP. Next morning friendly support find the next PCR testing station - thank you Ms. Wang X. and colleagues. The room very clean - parking easy. Will come back.

This hotel was lovely and clean, spacious, all mod cons in room. Power shower was excellent. ||Food was good and plenty of choice. Bar lounge area comfortable but shuts at 11pm. ||Pity we didn't get more time to spend in this hotel due to Wendy wu tour we spend the least time ever to appreciate this hotel at all.

这家酒店很可爱，干净，宽敞，房间里有所有现代化设施。强力淋浴很棒。 ||食物很好而且有很多选择。酒吧休息区很舒适，但晚上 11 点关闭。 ||遗憾的是，由于Wendy wu 的旅行，我们没有花更多的时间在这家酒店度过，我们花了最少的时间来欣赏这家酒店。

最喜歡的就是這邊的清潔衛生環境以及餐廳服務部的人員以及顏校群大姐親切的問候。唯一美中不足的就是前臺服務人員問話時愛搭理不搭理、這邊的居住房客，沒有規矩不排隊感覺理所當然。
