Great hotel for longer stays, with good breakfast ingredients, laundry, room upgrades for Diamond members, and the right price point. The staff doesn't speak much English but they are polite and do their best to be helpful. The location is a bit far from West Lake and downtown, but reachable by metro from the airport and has grocery stores and a mall within a 10 minute walk. There's also a cheap and delicious noodle shop on the ground level just outside the hotel. This is our second stay and very comfortable again.
