瑞麒国际大酒店

We went here as part of group tour.||I checked the hotel site, look at the photos, thought that the hotel was ok, and felt ok.||Then i actually stayed there.||The hotel don't provide bottled water, we found out after we arrive at the hotel. We had to walk 20 mins to the left of the main road to find a grocery hotel.||Room was filthy. Dust is visibly layering up table surfaces. The toilet bowl has icky stain that won't go. We ended up using another group member's bathroom. ||The bedroom carpet has visible burns and stains. |The bed is super hard, we got 2 queen beds, so we decide to use only 1 queen bed so we can use 1 blanket as base and another as is. |We decided to wear daily clothes while we sleep to avoid contact with the bedding surface.||The provided flip flop was super thin and small, it's almost no use to protect tour feet against the dirty floor covering.||The TV is confusing to use, out of around 100+ channels, only 2 has non-mandarin programs, the rest are chinese program or chinese dubbed movies or programs||Breakfast is ok. There's this hangzhou specialty cakwe that's quite unique.||I personally find hangzhou tour food to be more palatable than shanghai's|

我们是跟团去的。||我查了酒店网站，看照片，觉得酒店还可以，感觉还可以。||然后我就真的住在那里了。||酒店不提供瓶装水水，我们到达酒店后才知道。我们不得不向主路左侧步行 20 分钟才能找到一家杂货店。||房间很脏。桌面上明显积满了灰尘。马桶上有污渍，洗不掉。我们最终使用了另一个小组成员的浴室。 ||卧室地毯有明显的烧伤和污渍。 |床非常硬，我们有 2 张大床，所以我们决定只使用 1 张大床，这样我们就可以用 1 条毯子作为底座，另一条保持原样。 |我们决定在睡觉时穿日常衣服，以避免与床上用品表面接触。||提供的人字拖超薄又小，几乎无法保护旅游脚免受肮脏的地板覆盖物的影响。||电视令人困惑使用起来，大约100多个频道中，只有2个是非普通话节目，其余都是中文节目或中文配音的电影或节目||早餐还可以。还有这个杭州特产cakwe，挺有特色的。||我个人觉得杭州旅游菜比上海好吃|

I should have read the reviews on trip advisor before booking this Hotel. The Hotel structure and amenities were okay ( Not as good as the picture shows) however 10 year ago it would have been a 4 Star Hotel. Right now the Hotel is run down. Cigarette smoke everywhere. The bed sheet and Towels were dirty. The rooms had obviously not been swept. I had to strip the bedsheet down( actually stripped the whole room) and dumped everything on the floor so the House keeper would get the message. By the next day( we went sight seeing in the day) I had to call the house cleaning in again to show them places that has dirt in the bathroom and ask for a change in the Towel( has stains on them), she told me I must have dirtied it….||||That is not the worst part of the hotel. When we arrived there were flyers( papers) advertising Sex and later on at night more ( the same) flyers were slipped under our door at 8pm. The next day this was repeated twice then we heard a discreet knock at our door at midnight. SERIOUSLY.||||As a foreign woman, i find this offensive and terrifying. because In my mind, whenever there is sex for Trade, the people trafficking these ladies would want to add variety, what better variety than foreign girls/women. What I am saying is this. If you are a foreigner and female under 50 years old. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. I will not even recommend families with young children here also because we took a stroll round the neighborhood and we didn’t see any foreigners about and the staff didn’t speak a word in English. ||||we didnt complain to the Hotel management( We didnt know how deep this ran). we just left.

我应该在预订这家酒店之前阅读猫途鹰上的评论。酒店的结构和设施还不错（没有图片显示的那么好），但是在 10 年前它可能是一家四星级酒店。现在酒店已经破败了。到处都是香烟烟雾。床单和毛巾很脏。房间显然没有被打扫过。我不得不把床单剥下来（实际上是把整个房间都剥了），把所有东西都倒在地板上，这样管家才能收到消息。到了第二天（我们当天去观光），我不得不再次打电话给房屋清洁人员，向他们展示浴室里有污垢的地方，并要求更换毛巾（上面有污渍），她告诉我我一定把它弄脏了……||||那不是酒店最糟糕的部分。当我们到达时，有一些广告传单（报纸），晚上 8 点，更多（相同的）传单被塞到我们的门下。第二天，这种情况重复了两次，然后我们在半夜听到有人小心翼翼地敲门。说真的。||||作为一名外国女性，我觉得这令人反感和可怕。因为在我看来，只要有性交易，贩运这些女士的人就会想要增加多样性，有什么比外国女孩/妇女更好的多样性。我要说的是这个。 如果您是外国人且50岁以下的女性。不要住在这家酒店。我什至不会推荐有小孩的家庭来这里，因为我们在附近散步，没有看到任何外国人，工作人员也不会说英语。 ||||我们没有向酒店管理层投诉（我们不知道这有多深）。我们刚刚离开。

I went to China as a tour group.My friend's family and mine, comprise ten members. On the first day of our trip (April 14th), we stayed overnight here. It was a long day. We arrived at the hotel around 22.00 pm The rooms are spacy and clean, as well as the toilet. The beds were big enough for a tall guy like me (1.85 m). The night view and early morning view were beautiful.||There was no minibar here, which was never minded. But no drinking water either.!!, making me a little trouble. Anyway, I slept like a log. The breakfast here was Chinese style. I admit that I like this Chinese cuisine more than continental breakfast.

我是跟团去中国的。我和我朋友的家人有十个人。旅行的第一天（4月14日），我们在这里过夜。这是漫长的一天。我们在下午 22 点左右到达酒店。房间宽敞干净，厕所也很干净。床对于像我这样的高个子（1.85 m）来说足够大了。 夜景和清晨的景色都很美。||这里没有迷你吧，没关系。但也没有喝水。！！，给我带来了一点麻烦。无论如何，我睡得很香。这里的早餐是中式的。我承认比起欧陆式早餐我更喜欢这种中餐。
