非常非常棒的酒店！从预定阶段就带来了好印象，给我们打了电话询问到店情况，很久没有的奢华体验了。|到酒店已经是半夜三点，入住手续非常顺利，前台还帮忙送了行李。|房间非常舒服，大而且新，直面钱塘江！虽然地理位置不是最好的，但是酒店的服务可以弥补这一切，还有帮忙打扫房间的二十三层客房大姐，周到热情。|餐厅因为节假日的原因，非常忙碌，可以说是爆满…早餐体验不是很好，不过也在意料之中。|如果再有机会，还会选择这里，性价比超高。

酒店房間的景色不錯，房間偏大，酒店員工態度良好。只是地點比較偏僻，但杭州的計程車不貴，所以尚可。早餐不錯，選擇很多。

酒店還算新酒店, 但是位置稍為偏僻了點, 若是外國人來住可能不太方便, 因為不好叫Taxi, 房間內部還算大也乾淨, 浴室也很清潔, 但是吃早餐的餐廳就不是那麼的乾淨, 食物種類還算可以, 但不是很精緻, 但是吃飽是沒問題的, 附近有運動公園可以走走, 但是若要找餐廳或超市, 起碼要走15到20分鐘, 周圍治安還算良好, 晚上出去散步也算安全

杭州工作第一次住到瑞丽江河汇酒店，住在江景房所以可以欣賞很漂亮的江邊景色，特別喜欢这裡的游泳池好像一个大水缸非常漂亮

Though this hotel is a little out of the way, those who prefer a quiet environment will definitely enjoy this. Facing the Qiantang River, the rooms are large and comfortable. Ask for a room facing the river, you wont be disappointed.||||The riverside park offers a great place to run, or just stroll after dinner. Breakfast is served on the 28th floor restaurant, go early for window side seats! Food is reasonably good, but no western breakfast, mainly Chinese, but a very good spread.||||You'll have to take a cab out to the West Lake area, but returning to the hotel in the evening offers a quiet relaxing place to unwind.

虽然这家酒店有点偏僻，但喜欢安静环境的人一定会喜欢。房间面朝钱塘江，宽敞舒适。要一间面朝江的房间，你不会失望的。||||江边的公园是跑步的好地方，或者晚餐后散步的好地方。早餐在 28 楼的餐厅供应，早点去窗边的座位吧！食物相当不错，但没有西式早餐，主要是中式，但种类丰富。||||你必须打车去西湖区，但晚上回到酒店，那里有一个安静的放松场所。

The hotel is just by the river and is grand. Lobby is nice and the rooms large and well furnished. Breakfast is on the top floor, which offers a nice view. The drawback is that it takes along time to get down from the rooms in the morning since the lifts are occupied with guests returning from their breakfast. Service personell speak limited English. They do not have a hotel bar. The English name is Sorl

酒店就在河边，非常豪华。大堂很漂亮，房间很大，布置得很好。早餐在顶楼，景色很好。缺点是早上从房间下来需要很长时间，因为电梯里挤满了吃完早餐回来的客人。服务人员的英语水平有限。他们没有酒店酒吧。英文名称是 Sorl

We booked the hotel considering it to be a new hotel and must be good and international status. However when we checked in no body could speak English. You had to carry your luggage yourself. There was no assistant of any kind. Except in the morning . One girl who could speak little English helped us to get a cab and we moved to another hotel. Rooms were ordinary.
