Mercure Hangzhou Qianjiang

酒店位於錢江新城，距離看燈光秀的位置很近。酒店前台位於52樓，可以看到美麗的夜景。房間樓層亦都很高，景觀開陽。早餐食物不過不失，基本的東西都有。酒店座廁沖水位不明顯及不方便，洗手盆的設計及鏡子使用不方便，在房間設施設計上可以再好些。最驚喜的是有免費洗衣服務，瓶裝水免費，對於夏天出遊的遊客，這些服務的確是很不錯。

We checked in late and was very pleased with the service we have received from 雷芸. She was very detailed and patient, despite it being so late she served us with a bright smile and energy. She accommodated to the room request that I have mentioned in my booking and even helped me with my luggage to the room. Since it was late, we wanted order food delivery and she assisted us with the delivery app. The following morning, we had macbreakfast across the street and the cleaning auntie managed to tidy our room within that short span of time. Staff was very detailed to realised that we drink lots of water, so she alrdy provided us more without us requesting! The 2nd night 雷芸 and her colleague 小龙 was very patient to help us with our laundry arrangements (separate wash) & pick up. Then we recalled abt free afternoon tea that came along with our booking so we went back to the front desk to make reservation. 雷芸 & 小龙 assisted us really promptly and even advice the best timing for the afternoon. Would like to thank 雷芸 & 小龙 for such an enjoyable stay, they truly deserve a raise for such passion with their job!Overall, my stay hasn’t ended but it was such a pleasant experience that I had to share and recommend this hotel! Will definitely return again in future!

我们入住较晚，对雷芸提供的服务非常满意。她非常细致和耐心，尽管已经很晚了，但她还是带着灿烂的微笑和精力为我们服务。她满足了我在预订中提到的房间要求，甚至帮我把行李搬到房间。由于已经很晚了，我们想要订外卖，她帮助我们使用了外卖应用程序。第二天早上，我们在街对面吃了早餐，清洁阿姨在很短的时间内就把我们的房间收拾干净了。工作人员非常详细地意识到我们喝了很多水，所以她已经在我们没有要求的情况下为我们提供了更多的水！第二天晚上雷芸和她的同事小龙非常耐心地帮我们安排洗衣（分洗）和取货。然后我们想起我们预订时附带的免费下午茶，所以我们回到前台进行预订。 雷芸和小龙非常及时地帮助了我们，甚至还建议了下午的最佳时间。感谢雷芸和小龙给我们带来了如此愉快的住宿体验，他们对工作的热情确实值得加薪！总的来说，我的住宿还没有结束，但这是一次非常愉快的经历，我不得不分享和推荐这家酒店！将来肯定会再次回来！

The hotel has an excellent location close to the river, parks, shopping malls and restaurants. The area is absolutely stunning. The room was very clean. We loved the evening light show. However, we couldn’t fully enjoy the view because the window glass was dirty. I understand that it’s technically difficult to clean the windows on the 54th floor though. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Totally recommend for any type of travelers!

酒店地理位置优越，靠近河流、公园、购物中心和餐厅。该地区绝对令人惊叹。房间很干净。 我们喜欢晚上的灯光秀。然而，由于窗户玻璃很脏，我们无法充分欣赏风景。我知道清洁 54 楼的窗户在技术上是很困难的。工作人员非常友好，早餐也很好。完全推荐给任何类型的旅行者！

Great Hotel & location. View is speculator from lobby on a clear day. Staff friendly, good selection of Chinese food for breakfast, limited western food.Rooms cleans has all amenities required, free drinks daily in fridge & laundry 👍.Would recommend for short & long stays, would recommend reception staff have at least basic English skills but was able to communicate via the translation tool fine.

很棒的酒店和位置。天气晴朗时，从大堂看到的景色是投机者。工作人员很友好，早餐有很多中餐可供选择，西餐有限。房间打扫干净，配备了所需的所有便利设施，冰箱和洗衣房每天提供免费饮料👍。建议短期和长期住宿，建议接待人员至少具备基本的英语技能，但能够通过翻译工具进行良好的沟通。

酒店位置極佳，交通方便，鄰近地鐵站。員工服務態度優秀，房間干淨衛生，設備齊全。江景房視野廣闊，最低層為52樓，夜景一流。早餐食物多元化，總有一款合口味。以後到杭州不會再住西湖區，美居將會是不二之選。

我們的房間在53樓的風景很漂亮，房間很乾淨也沒有霉味前台服務人員非常的好，有什麼問題都會即時回覆離開時因為我們行李太多了，還幫我們一起推行李下樓還有前台服務人員小石還推薦我們好吃的麻辣鍋🥰🥰退房後還讓我媽媽在大廳裡吃點心喝咖啡等我回酒店可惜這次來杭州玩的時間不夠長，期待下次再來杭州的錢江新城美居酒店😁😁

職員態度非常好。但可惜好多旅客都在酒店禁煙位置如房間等地方吸煙，因通風系統關係，我自己房間同酒店走廊各處都有煙味，酒店職員未能解決這個問題，大大影響酒店質素，最重要是影響中國形象。

這次本來是入住普通雙人房, 但是前台服務人員免費幫我升級了家庭房. 整體入住體驗提升了不少. 其次, 由於需要早上前往機埸搭乘飛機, 所以特意要求服務人員幫忙安排接車服務, 服務人員立即幫我安排. 十分貼心下次再次前往杭州必然再次入住
