Four Points By Sheraton Qiandao Lake

The staff was so kind and accommodating from the moment we walked in. The rooms were extremely comfortable and had all the extras plus some. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot spring pools. Due to the timing of our trip, nothing was over crowded (pools, lobby, breakfast area) In summary, we look forward to many more stays, especially during the off season.

Our time at the Sheraton Qiandao Lake was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our trip and stay smooth. Sauron was especially helpful and was only a text message away. We would really recommend the hotel. The hot springs were lovely and warm! The only slight inconvenience is its slightly further away from everything and you need to Didi for everything as non Chinese citizens can't use the ebikes or bikes as a foreigner.

We came for a short getaway from hot Shanghai. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious and comfortable. As the only foreign family in the hotel, we were treated very well and helped by the staff to get COVID tests in the town. Breakfast was good and the food and drinks on the menu were really affordable. The main reason to come here is the water park. Our balcony faced directly in the park, which is clean and pretty good fun. Crowded on the weekends! Make sure your room reservation includes tickets. We didn’t realize we had to pay extra and had to purchase tickets on both days. There is no additional pool available, so there is not much to do if you don’t use the water park. There is very little else in walking distance of the hotel, but we did find a few nice little restaurants. Best to come with a car or make friends with a local taxi driver, as we did!

第一次去杭州千島湖入住福棚喜來登酒店。管家jennie服務周到，酒店房間非常滿意，湯泉非常熱👍入住退房還幫手拿行李還還送了幾幾瓶礦泉水，有機會再來住的。

The hotel provides excellent service. All the front desk agents speak English very well. I’m reminded of the United States. The room was immaculate. Everything looked new. It has a view of the water park. The positive of a water park view- you can see the shows and performances from the balcony. Very entertaining. The negative- it’s loud and very loud on the weekend. I, however, was still able to take a nap during the day. Monday was toned down. Breakfast was delicious. It was European and Chinese breakfast. I especially liked the donuts and sitting outside for breakfast. The cheesecake was also very good. The location is far from downtown, but the hotel and service definitely made up for the location. I would definitely stay here again!

入住前，管家Sun 給了很多協助，幫忙解決了很多問題. 入住的房間很舒服，酒店提供的温泉很不錯，值得去嘗試.
