We booked two nights and turned up at 8.45pm to find they’d cancelled the room without telling us (a text and a missed call at 8.15pm doesn’t count as we were driving then). Reception staff patronising and just repeated platitudes. Cancelling rooms when the customer missed a phone call is not a normal business practice. Very inconvenient to book another place at the last minute with two young children getting increasingly tired and unhappy. Avoid if you can. Book at your peril!

我们预订了两晚，晚上8点45分到达时发现他们取消了房间，却没有通知我们（8点15分收到的短信和未接来电不算，因为当时我们正在开车）。前台工作人员态度傲慢，只会重复一些客套话。仅仅因为顾客没接到电话就取消房间，这根本不是正常的商业行为。带着两个越来越累、越来越不开心的小孩，临时重新预订非常不方便。尽量避免入住这家酒店。预订需谨慎！

A great hotel to stay at during your stay in Hangzhou. Very clean and very beautiful area. The breakfast has a wide variety (also western variety).

在杭州期间，这家酒店是个不错的选择。酒店非常干净，周边环境也很优美。早餐种类丰富（也包括西式早餐）。

Ah gusto solo el buffet no muy agradable pocas mesas fue esperar esperar un lugar
