杭州香格里拉饭店，水知心居

先說結論吧，這是一次非常完美愉快三天兩夜的體驗， 有機會一定會再來！！很幸運的為我們的西湖之旅選擇了水之心居- 入住之後才發現這是香格里拉在中國的第一間奢華酒店， 從硬件設施， 裝潢， 客房內的備品，在在都能感受飯店方的用心-奢華精緻卻不張揚。更精彩的是飯店人員的貼心服務，每個飯店人員都會主動關心問候我們的需求或在飯店的體驗感受， 讓我們真正的感受到賓至如歸一般的愉快自在。目前飯店仍在試營運，中餐廳還沒有啟用，飯店人員說預計五月左右就會正式開張，還說會是米其林主廚進駐，讓喜歡美食我們稍有遺憾-不過也變成了下次再來的念想～

June 2025|The Silk Lakehouse was hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I could go on about the amenities but in the end the reason why I recommend this hotel was the staff. The staff were so friendly, professional, and attentive to details. A couple special shout outs:||- I was greeted at check in by Rico, who had perfect English and Mandarin who provided me recommendations on places to visit due to my short stay|- Jennifer was so helpful and attentive to my family with a little one during our breakfast |- I am not 100% sure on this name but I believe it was Gary, who--when my 16 month old toddler was splashing in the lobby fountain and making a mess--instead of chastising us, he commented about how children are always so fond of the water and played with my toddler and grabbed a towel for him. ||When I finished lap swimming and was getting out of the pool, one of the staff walked up to me to hand me a towel. The fitness center has a squat rack and bumper plates (I have never seen this before), Theragun massage guns, and TechnoGym bioelectrical impedance tool to measure my body fat percentage. The rooms were stocked with local nuts, sparkling tea, and other snacks. The hotel also had 2 bikes that were free to rent, and I took full advantage of this by biking around West Lake during the night. The hotel is also walking distance to Baoshi Mountain, which in my humble opinion was the best hike/outdoor activity of Hangzhou, much better than Beigao peak. ||I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

2025年6月|丝绸湖畔酒店绝对是我住过的最好的酒店。我可以滔滔不绝地讲述它的设施，但最终我推荐这家酒店的原因还是在于它的员工。员工们非常友好、专业，而且细致周到。特别要感谢以下几位：||- 办理入住时，接待我的是Rico，他的英语和普通话都非常流利，考虑到我入住时间较短，他还为我推荐了一些值得一去的地方。|- 早餐时，Jennifer非常热情周到地照顾我们一家四口（带着小孩）。|- 我不太确定他的名字，但我相信是Gary。当时我16个月大的孩子在大堂喷泉里玩水，弄得一团糟，他没有责备我们，而是说孩子们总是那么喜欢玩水，然后陪我的孩子玩，还给他拿了条毛巾。||当我游完泳正要出泳池时，一位员工走过来递给我一条毛巾。健身中心配备了深蹲架和杠铃片（我以前从未见过），还有Theragun按摩枪和TechnoGym生物电阻抗分析仪，可以测量我的体脂率。房间里备有当地坚果、气泡茶和其他小吃。酒店还提供两辆免费自行车，我充分利用了这项服务，晚上骑车环游了西湖。酒店距离宝石山也很近，在我看来，这是杭州最好的徒步/户外活动，远胜北碚峰。||我强烈推荐这家酒店。

The hotel experience was phenomenal, offering a blend between modern luxury and traditional Chinese culture. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing, creating a serene environment through the stay. Room service was prompt and professional, with just the right touch of friendly conversation. Rico, who went above and beyond by offering a complimentary room upgrade, enhancing the overall experience.

酒店体验非常棒，完美融合了现代奢华与传统中国文化。酒店氛围极其放松，营造出宁静祥和的入住环境。客房服务快捷专业，服务人员还恰到好处地与客人亲切交谈。Rico更是贴心周到，免费为我们升级了房间，进一步提升了整体入住体验。

We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Silk Lakehouse by Shangri-La Signatures in November 2025, as part of our wedding anniversary celebration. This new luxury hotel is truly an understated gem in Hangzhou 杭州西湖 West Lake: with its stylish well-appointed Premier lakeview room, great facilities especially the indoor pool, delicious breakfast options, and unique Intangible cultural heritage workshop offerings (非遺: 古法制香, 茗茶, 泥塑, 景泰藍手作). Of course, the tastefully-designed hotel’s proximity to all the historical & cultural sites (that we once learned in school a long time ago) make this a top choice relaxing in the West Lake area! Kudos to the friendly & attentive professionals who catered to our every need — namely manager Ulrich, Heidi & Sam at the concierge, restaurant staff and many others we met on the hotel property. Already planning a return visit sometime next year. No hesitation to recommend the elegant Silk Lakehouse. 5-Stars *****

2025年11月，我们入住杭州西湖香格里拉大酒店（Silk Lakehouse by Shangri-La Signatures），度过了美好的三晚，以此庆祝我们的结婚纪念日。 这家新开业的豪华酒店宛如杭州西湖的一颗低调宝石：时尚雅致的湖景高级客房、一流的设施（尤其是室内泳池）、美味的早餐选择，以及独具特色的非物质文化遗产体验工作坊（非物质文化遗产：古法制香、茗茶、泥塑、景泰蓝手作）。 当然，酒店设计精美，毗邻众多历史文化景点（我们很久以前在学校里就学过这些），使其成为西湖地区休闲度假的理想之选！特别感谢热情周到的工作人员，他们满足了我们的所有需求——尤其是经理Ulrich、礼宾部的Heidi和Sam、餐厅员工以及我们在酒店遇到的其他许多工作人员。 我们已经在计划明年再次入住。毫不犹豫地向大家推荐优雅的杭州西湖香格里拉大酒店。五星好评 *****
