7月到8月住了一个月。住了新装修的房间 非常满意。比老房间要明亮 窗外的山 看着舒心。10楼服务员阿姨 们非常贴心 一直关注我们的需求。特别汤吉平。还有我报不上名字的 10楼阿姨。谢谢你们让我们住的好像在家一样。

Similarly, night owls will find themselves surrounded by a variety of bustling nightclubs just a short stroll away.

入住的時候遇到了君瀾大使莎莎，幫忙辦理入住，安排房間，新客房設施齊全，住店期間有問必答，非常熱心，有賓至如歸的感覺，有機會會再過來。

We went to this hotel for a short holiday and it’s been the most amazing experience! When we got there the staff attended us in perfect fluent English! We got an upgrade to a better room due to the construction site nearby but honestly the noise wasn’t even noticeable. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in a long time huge variety of stuff western food, fresh juices, cereals, english breakfast, all kinds of dumplings… The leisure area is beautiful we played tennis and the coach was genuinely kind and we are still in touch with him, became our friend! Hahaha really nice sauna, steam room, awesome swimming pool, quiet gym… really really nice. And it’s got a Starbucks inside of the hotel… + great attraction the surrounding area. I absolutely recommend this place for foreigners and locals.

整體都很不錯, 大堂和餐廳也很有氣派, 房屋設備很好. 但是有兩個問題比其他酒店落後. 一是處理外賣方式, 其他酒店正常操作都是前台收到外賣自動安排機器人送上房間; 我點第一次外賣送到了後等了10分鐘沒送上房打電話問前台, 他們說需要打電話才會送上房; 第二次一送到馬上打電話給前台, 他們說因為外賣很多很難找, 要我說出具體點了甚麼食物...這不就是因為沒有及時送上房而累積導致的問題? 第三次我前接約外賣員在大堂自取, 結果又發現酒店人員會阻攔外賣員進大堂...這叫人該如何操作...別的酒店能輕鬆處理, 這5星酒店就不及格了二是沒有免費洗衣機, 連游泳池也要額外收費, 也沒有免費水, 不乎合我對正常酒店的期望.

Looking at the photos of the exterior online, I was a little worried about booking 4 nights with my wife and young son as it looks quite dated and brash (reminded me of 1970s Birmingham, England for some reason) and we deliberated for days about it. Finally we took the decision as Chinese New Year was approaching very fast and we could not have been more pleasantly surprised. Once you walk in, the decor is beautifully done, the atmosphere is calm and spacious and the staff are super helpful with many speaking very good English. The are plenty of lifts so you are not waiting long and the rooms are very tastefully done. The smaller rooms are a little pokey and I had actually booked a larger room so when I told reception they immediately upgraded us to a fantastic room on one of the top floors, where we didn't want to leave for at least 36 hours - these rooms have really nice touches like L'occitaine bath products, huge TVs, idocks and Japanese electronic toilets that do everything except sing (although there is probably a button for that). The cleaning ladies are extremely nice too and went out of their way to do things for us even though they didn't speak English or us much Chinese. The gym, pool and saunas are great (i think the men's might have more facilities such as hot bath and jacuzzi) although you have to walk quite far (inside) to get to them. The only improvements I could suggest is to make an easier access to the gym area (a lift might help) and make the food a bit tastier - a little bland although good enough! Really worth staying!

Positive: The room was fine and clean. The breakfast also satisfying and a good variety of choices.Negative: Subway Construction outside the window until late at night; The pool as almost every pool in China only usable with pool cap. However, the high price of the pool cap in the hotel seems a bit unjustified and the arrogant behaviour of the personnel at the pool area is also a bit dissatisfying.

优点：房间很好，很干净。早餐也很满意，选择也不错。缺点：窗外地铁施工一直到深夜；几乎中国所有的泳池都只能在带泳池盖的情况下使用。不过，酒店泳池帽的高价似乎有点不合理，泳池区工作人员的傲慢行为也让人有点不满意。

This is a comfortable hotel with a great breakfast and super staff. From check-in to departure our stay was lovely and - as is our practice we kept extending day by day. Super shout out to Chaya in the business center who not only helped us with the bookings for our train journey to Shanghai - she went to the station and bought the tickets for us, staying in touch by WeChat so we had seats on a train we wanted and at a time that worked. She was awesome and her kindness to us really changed a good visit to Hangzhou, to a great visit. Sometimes when you travel there is one standout person - and here it was
