房間舒適，乾淨滿意，尤其是客服經理小佳的五星服務，我人未到酒店前，即來電詢問我的需求，安排無煙房，我一入住即安排迎賓飲品，我退房後，還關心是好住的舒適滿意，以人為本的服務，才是五星酒店的精神。

酒店在乐清市政府规划新区内，邻近104国道四环路，交通十分便利。|这家酒店应该是属于君澜集团的，所以酒店品质还是靠得住的。整个酒店设计很大气，大厅的层高高，面积大，当中还有房地产公司在此做楼盘广告。|酒店的服务人员态度都不错，微笑服务，让人感觉舒适。|房间内部就是按照五星商务酒店设置的，房间不算太大，大概30-40平方吧，不过布局还是挺合理的。|整个房间的配色以咖啡色为主调，给人以庄重之感，房间内还配有写字台等设施，感觉特别适合商务人士入住。看了一下客房送餐菜单，价格也比较合理。|洗手间面积较大，浴室内的备品一应俱全，包括化妆棉、棉签等都有，都是女生必备的东西，让住店客人没有后顾之忧。很多酒店都不太重视化妆镜，对我来说化妆镜也是酒店必备之物，好在这家酒店里配备了。|作为一家五星标准的酒店，乐清天豪君澜大酒店也配备了网球场、游泳池等设施，从我们的房间向下看就可以看到。|酒店的早餐还是不错的，品种丰富、现烧的面点味道也很不错。因为赶时间，我们直接带着行李就去吃早餐了，在自助餐厅入口可以寄存行李，省得再跑到大厅去寄存，很方便。|就酒店的价格来说，这是一次性价比较高、愉悦的入住体验，推荐来乐清出差或是游玩的人士来此入住。

Stayed here for business for two nights. I normally stay in wenzhou to conduct my business in the yueqing area, however i found this hotel much more convenient. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable, Wifi was ok, TV had a few English channels. Breakfast was quite good for a Chinese hotel, basic but plenty of western and Chinese selections. Gym was good but opening hours of 8am to 10pm was annoying for my schedule. Location is good, if you walk out of the lobby and turn left you will find a small minimart type shop around the corner, and a further 5 minute walk had a large mall with Walmart should you need to buy anything. The only downside to this hotel was the lack of english, basically only one guy at reception and he only had very basic skills. This could be a problem if requiring assistance. Would happily stay here again however.

出差在这里住了两晚。我通常住在温州去乐清地区出差，但是我发现这家酒店更方便。房间设备齐全，舒适，无线网络很好，电视有几个英语频道。早餐对于中国酒店来说已经算不错了，比较简单，但是西式和中式的选择很多。健身房很好，但早上 8 点到晚上 10 点的开放时间对我的日程安排来说很烦人。位置很好，走出大堂左转，你会在拐角处发现一家小型超市类型的商店，再步行 5 分钟就有一个大型购物中心，里面有沃尔玛，如果你需要买东西的话。这家酒店唯一的缺点是不会说英语，接待处基本上只有一个人，而且他只有非常基本的技能。如果需要帮助，这可能会成为问题。不过我很乐意再次住在这里。

Based on my Chinese colleague it's the best hotel in the city. Coming to the entrance and lobby one tend to be impressed by sheer size. Room is okay, but not comparable to other 5* hotels in China. No chance to use gym and spa, but it is suppose to be good. Breakfast for a westener not great: huge selection, but presentation was superficial and quality overall did not seem to be the best. Recommend a room towards the back as traffic might be loud at night even in a room higher up. So overall a good hotel but nothing to impress

根据我的中国同事的说法，这是城里最好的酒店。来到入口和大堂，人们往往会对其巨大的规模印象深刻。房间还可以，但无法与中国其他五星级酒店相比。没有机会使用健身房和水疗中心，但应该不错。对于西方人来说，早餐不是很好：选择很多，但介绍很肤浅，总体质量似乎不是最好的。推荐住在后面的房间，因为即使在较高的房间，晚上交通也可能很吵。总的来说，这是一家不错的酒店，但没有什么让人印象深刻的

酒店很新，外观看起挺气派的，装修很豪华。大堂的布置也很有腔调。房间挺大的，灯光不是很亮，看起来低调中透露出奢华。室内还有点装修的味道，不过不是很明显。床很大，太妃椅也挺舒服的，拉开窗帘可以看到美丽的夜景。健身房的设施还挺高级的。唯一的不足是早餐口味一般般，看起来东西不少，但是都不太好吃，希望能改进。

Rooms are OK, but sometimes for breakfast is a complete mess. No tables, not enough food. Wifi is extremely slow and intermittent. Just a few employees speaks something close to english. I was there 4 times, and last time was my very last time. No air conditioning on all rooms. Avoid having lunch at the restaurant. It will take almost 1 hour to prepare and what you receive is depressing. Only good thing is the shopping center very close to the hotel. There you have 2 western restaurants with decent food.

房间还可以，但有时早餐一团糟。没有桌子，没有足够的食物。无线网络速度非常慢而且断断续续。只有少数员工会说接近英语的东西。我去过那里四次，最后一次是我最后一次。所有房间均没有空调。避免在餐厅吃午餐。准备时间大约需要 1 个小时，而你收到的结果却令人沮丧。唯一好的一点是购物中心离酒店很近。那里有 2 家西餐厅，食物很不错。

Stayed here for a few nights for work. Hotel is nice, rooms are large and clean. Staff are friendly but not a lot of English. Location is good if you need to visit Yueqing rather than staying in nearby Wenzhou. 5 min walk to some restaurants and a large mall with wallmart and a kfc if you need a break from local food.||WiFi didn’t work very well, constant dropouts but was quick when it was connected. ||I paid for breakfast with my booking, however they told me I didn’t have breakfast on my booking. After showing them the confirmation email they apologized and still told me I didn’t have it included. Was only $10USD but still it’s a principle thing. Staff need to learn how to deal with their mistakes better.

I stayed in this Hotel and although it is expected to be an 'International' hotel I could only find 1 person in about 100 staff who could speak any English and tat was really difficult to communicate. Unlike most hotels who take a non-drawn deposit on your credit card, they charge it then credit you which in itself puts charges on your card. The room was good but if you are a business traveller like me you need half decent wireless internet and the internet speed was absolutely hopeless and kept crashing. I tried to order room service on the allocated phone extension and 3 times had the phone promptly put down on me with laughing in the background. The food was not very good for breakfast and the dishes were dirty.||Whilst I was sitting in the lobby the cleaners started dusting the seat I was sitting on and spraying cleaner very close to your face||I was kept awake for 2 nights by very loud drunks from other rooms until 4.00am in the morning!||My company in the UK tried to call me 7 times and reception just cut them off every time||I was really glad to leave there after 3 days but it took them 10 mins to understand I wanted a taxi to the airport. Just before I left I complained to the only person to understand any English and she laughed and I told her it was a really bad experience and I would complain to the owner and then she shut up laughing!!||||The Hotel looks good in the brochures but don't be fooled
