Hotel decent, big clean rooms, nice upgrade and allowed early check in, thanks! Interesting arrangement on the roof ‘bar’ and breakfast that never runs out🙃 would stay again though

酒店不错，房间又大又干净，升级不错，还可以提前入住，谢谢！屋顶“酒吧”的布置很有趣，而且早餐永远不会用完🙃，不过我会再次入住

We spent 6 nights at the hotel. We were traveling for work. T he hotel staff is supers friendly. The cooks, the servers, hosts, concierge, everyone. They tried really hard to make themselves understood but they can’t comunícate in English very well, except Jerreson or Jefferson. Justin at the concierge was extremely nice and super helpful when we needed assistance. We had a lot of trouble trying to understand why we were being charged extra (until we read the small words in the reservation we finally got what she was trying to explain). We also requested a Taxi at the hotel concierge, the night prior checking out,to go the train station and then the driver was taking us to airport. So, he called the hotel again and we explained the same thing... Till now, we don’t know why was there a confusion. But again it was because of the language barrier. ||The hotel is super clean. Even inside the closets (sometimes there is dust or smell bad). The cleaning staff was also super friendly and made sure that our room looked great everyday and with the things we needed. ||the hair dyer in the room is really good ! ||The soap used for towels smells good||The breakfast is ok. They have fruits, eggs, lots of pastries, natural juices, etc. They also have Chinese options. The restaurant staff is super friendly and the service is great. ||The hotel amenities - gym and pool are clean and work well! We worked out in the early morning. ||Besides the language barrier, we had a|Pleasant stay.||

酒店超赞，在温州算是比较高档的酒店，交通位置也很方便，靠近市政府和车站大道。房间干净整洁，舒适。本来预定的豪华大床，前台美女Camille态度很好，到店免费升级豪华套房，住的很开心。下次还来住。酒店早餐很丰富的，大家放心入住哦。这次入住比较聪明，有机会体验酒店的游泳池和健身中心。

The hotel staff is pretty good for the most part and definitely helpful when needed. Seven in particular tries to reach out and help but unless there is an issue he doesn't contact which is fine but just FYI. The rooms are getting a bit old and the breakfast buffet and dinner has gone way down from a few years back. The Gym is decent but the equipment definitely could use an update. Unfortunately the hotel is getting a little old and tired but it's convenient and the staff as I mentioned is good so I will continue to stay here as they are most helpful.

I redeemed a free night at Sheraton Wenzhou, actually I redeemed twice. Everytime the room was upgraded to Suite as a recognition of Platinum Membership. The room is spacious and has a great view. It has a lovely view of time square which is iconic at Wenzhou, night is so beautiful. The room has some great amenity, including L'occitane personal care stuff, fresh fruit. Room decoration itself is pretty new and fashion, TV, bed is also new. I invited a few of my friends to enjoy the swimming pool, club lounge and breakfast, they like it too.

我在温州喜来登酒店兑换了一晚免费住宿，实际上我兑换了两次。每次房间都会升级为套房，作为白金会员的认可。房间很宽敞，视野也很好。可以看到温州标志性的时代广场，夜景很美。房间里有一些很棒的便利设施，包括欧舒丹个人护理用品、新鲜水果。房间装修本身还算新时尚，电视、床也很新。我邀请了几个朋友来享受游泳池、俱乐部休息室和早餐，他们也很喜欢。

Sheraton Wenzhou has been my first choice of hotels in Wenzhou since its opening. During the Spring Festival of 2014, my stay at this hotel was wonderful. All of the hotel staff we met were courteous and helpful. A few hours before I checked in, I got a call from the hotel confirming that the crib we asked for was ready, and offered us a free upgrade to a suite since it would be my 20th stay with the hotel. Check-in was quick and painless even it is busiest season in China. Room is clean, new and well maintained, and there was a plate of seasonal fruits on the table as a welcoming gift. All of the service items we ask for are free of charge: internet, parking and crib. Executive Lounge is excellent, great food, quick service and comfortable sourouding. Everything was wonderful and I would definitely come back again.

老牌酒店，裝修不能期望太多。泳池開放令住客多一個鍛練身體的選擇。服務態度lift up to the expectations . 旁邊有大型百貨公司，吃喝應有盡有。
