Room is big and nice. however the location of the room is at the corner which has no view at all. it was quite a waste though.Breakfast choices are sufficient and the best is their wanton soup. The kids enjoyed their time at the kids club and the gi cart activities. the hotel area is huge but i trust they can provide more fun activities to hotel guests during their stay. eg tea ceremony, calligraphy for beginners, cooking lessons, kite making or some yoga lessons.Dora was our butler during our stay. We only met on the next day. She was trying her best to give us some recommendations for local cuisines and sightseeing ideas. We had a bad experience at a local restaurant but Dora was kind enough to try to understand the whole incident and doing her job to make our trip a memorable one. We appreciated her effort.I would recommend the hotel to those who are seeking for some peace and wanted to enjoy some me time. I would also suggest the hotel to fully utilise their space and the beautiful.environment by having more family/couple events and activities. So the hotel is.full of liveliness and energy.

Lovely suite with beautiful interior. The lobby is indeed an impressive design feat. Full marks for interior design and serving looks. More than a pretty face though? Knock, knock…||The suite I stayed in was based on the ground floor with a service road in front of it and security cameras facing directly at the room which made me uncomfortable and therefore kept the curtains closed and did not go out on the balcony.|Check in could have been better: we arrived around 8pm and the driver had to go inside to find someone to help with our luggage. A Business partner who stayed elsewhere expressed their surprise. Indeed uncommon for a hotel in this range. ||The receptionists could not speak English well but good enough to get by and thankfully technology is available to jump this hurdle.|Our rooms were prepaid and they could not find details which took some time to explain and prove. This delayed check in and was quite disappointing considering it was late and we were tired.|There were no explanation or overview of the facilities, breakfast or lay of the land upon check in. We had to ask about this which typically is briefly explained upon check in. ||Impressive lobby as per the pictures.||There was an event at the hotel during our stay. At times we felt more like we were gate-chrashing their event than hotel guests. A lot of the guests attending the event was walking around taking pictures everywhere including in the road in front of the room leaving no privacy. One had to often pause so as not to photo bomb one of the groups posing for pictures in the lobby, walkways and at the entrance… Breakfast was overrun by said event.|In my opinion housing such a large corporate/ marketing/ commercial event seemed unfit and a poor match for the type of hotel they put themselves out to be. I expected more peace, tranquility and sophistication but due to the event they hosted unfortunately this was not the case. My expectations were obviously wrong. Perhaps under normal circumstances this will be the case. May be wise to check when booking in case this is a regular occurrence.||All and all a good hotel - provided you catch them on the right day/ time. Perhaps the attention to detail around service can be improved a notch to match the design - i.e. live up to the pictures and don’t just be about looks and image. Ensure what really matters in hospitality are always and consistently met and delivered

Friendly staff, especially front desk Andy. The whole area is clean and quiet. Highly recommended to stay there for couple of days. Good for any kind of trip!

前台小姐姐很有耐心，解答我们的疑问，酒店外形很好看，特别是晚上亮灯之后，拍照超好看啊，还有特别设置的儿童乐园，带娃也轻松不少！

这次带着全家一起打卡湖州悦柳酒店，酒店设施设备都挺好，工作人员热情周到，见了面都会热情的微笑打招呼，感觉特别的舒服。带小朋友在儿童乐园里玩太空沙，电子绘画，Liking服务很好，对小孩特别有耐心，小朋友也很喜欢她，非常满意的一次体验
