Breakfast was too bad. Hotel staff are not at all co-operative with foreign clients.Not at all 5 star service worst than even 2 star service.Room cleanliness very bad. 第一次去安吉，选择入住君澜度假酒店，里面的环境很好，可以说是天然氧吧的存在。|酒店的服务很到位，前台服务人员和服务管家的服务态度很亲切|房间很大卫生尤其的干净整洁，卫生间空间很大，房间阳台看下去就是孔雀园。|酒店内有室内儿童乐园，泡池等各种娱乐设施|酒店早餐很丰富，中餐口味很好。|下次一定推荐朋友过来。

第一次入住安吉君澜度假酒店，酒店内环境很好，傍晚在园区内散步空气也是很好房间内卫生很就干净，浴缸和卫生间都超级大，还有个大阳台坐着喝喝下午茶简直太惬意了。酒店内带小朋友有孔雀园、兔子园和室内儿童乐园！早餐环境很好，品种很多口味很多！|桃源小馆的菜的味道也很好。酒店内整体的设施设备很齐全！

I went as part of a business meeting and overall it was pretty nice. They set us up with a sound system and had huge rooms for groups of all sizes. At one point another group there was doing karaoke or something but once we were in our room we couldn't hear the other group, which was nice. However, finding our way was crazy! I got lost twice and that was using the signs and maps posted around the hotel. As for our room, it was huge! We had a bathtub, two sinks, a vanity counter, a separate shower and that was just the bathroom! Our patio was lovely with bamboo on one side. However, our room smelled like cigarette smoke on our first night. We complained to the reception and they did fix it but it took two days for the smell to truly go away. None of my other colleagues had this complaint about their rooms so perhaps the guests before us were smoking in a non-smoking room (always a possibility in China). As for the amenities, like the pool and hot springs - that was rather annoying since we went in April and the hot springs were closed because it was too hot but the pool wasn't opened yet because the weather was too cold. As for the service, it was quite nice and they were always trying to help even when they didn't speak any English and they weren't sure what we need. As for the two restaurants on site, they are uninspired for the most part but decent. But at the Chinese restaurant there are some meat buns that are the hotel's speciality and my meat-eating colleagues absolutely loved them. Also on the second night at the Chinese restaurant, they made special vegetarian dumplings just for me. Overall, a lovely hotel.

我参加了一个商务会议，总体来说非常好。他们为我们配备了音响系统，并为各种规模的团体提供了宽敞的房间。有一次，另一组人在唱卡拉 OK 或其他什么东西，但一旦我们进入房间，我们就听不到另一组人的声音，这很好。然而，找到我们的路太疯狂了！我迷路了两次，都是根据酒店周围张贴的标志和地图迷路的。至于我们的房间，它很大！我们有一个浴缸、两个水槽、一个梳妆台、一个独立的淋浴间，这就是浴室！我们的庭院很漂亮，一侧有竹子。然而，我们的第一个晚上，我们的房间闻起来有烟味。我们向接待处投诉，他们确实修好了，但花了两天时间，气味才真正消失。我的其他同事都没有对他们的房间有这样的抱怨，所以也许我们面前的客人在无烟房间里吸烟（在中国总是有可能）。至于设施，比如游泳池和温泉——这很烦人，因为我们是四月份去的，温泉因为太热而关闭，但游泳池还没有开放，因为天气太冷。至于服务，非常好，即使他们不会说英语并且不确定我们需要什么，他们也总是尽力提供帮助。至于现场的两家餐厅，大部分都没什么创意，但还算不错。但中餐厅有一些肉包子，这是酒店的特色菜，我吃肉的同事们非常喜欢它们。第二天晚上在中餐厅，他们还专门为我做了素食饺子。总的来说，这是一家可爱的酒店。

酒店环境很好，很大，服务员热情。客服干净舒适，桃园小馆餐食可口。里面还可以看孔雀和兔子，动物都非常亲人可爱。蛮不错的一次入住体验，下次有机会再来！

整体还是很满意的旅游！我喜欢这种环境优美的地方，本身酒店的设施就足够玩好久！感觉就像是搞搞住宿的动物园一样！孔雀兔子真的好多好多。也挺好好看的！吃的话也很丰盛，到现在哦爱的都有！另外不多说，都挺好的！酒店挺大，真的挺大，真的会在里面迷路

安吉君澜度假酒店地理位置优越，放眼望去就能看到一个孝文化博物馆，依山傍水旁边就有一条小河，可以去酒店租借器具钓鱼，悠悠闲闲就可以度过一个下午，酒店还有很多小朋友游玩的地方，有孔雀园和兔子园，可以近距离接触，是个遛娃的好去处，还有健身房，乒乓球室，台球室，真的太棒了，酒店实行一对一管家服务，管家24小时在线，真是超级大的特色。酒店服务超棒，不管是楼层服务员还是大堂服务员都超级热情，下次可以冬天去入住酒店，体验下酒店的石语汤池，君澜是个不错的选择。

房间很整洁，环境很喜欢，总体不错。吃的也很适合我们的口味，自助早餐品种也很多，管家服务也很好。酒店还有儿童设施，还有小动物，孔雀，小白兔，天鹅。
