Joe Lalli Narada Resort

We had a great two nights at J.Lalli. The staff were all very helpful (especially Rachel). The rooms were big with great views across the resort. There were lots of activities for children including horse riding which our daughter loved. The only disappoin**ent was the breakfast. The buffet was poor, with a focus on quantity over quality. The other restaurant food (Chinese and Western) was nice, though it would help if all menus were translated into English. Overall a nice stay!

我们在 J.Lalli 度过了愉快的两个晚上。工作人员都非常乐于助人（尤其是雷切尔）。房间很大，可以看到整个度假村的美景。这里有很多适合孩子们的活动，包括我们女儿喜欢的骑马。唯一令人失望的是早餐。自助餐很差，注重数量而不是质量。另一家餐厅的食物（中餐和西餐）很不错，不过如果所有菜单都翻译成英文会有所帮助。总的来说，这是一次愉快的住宿！

We had a great stay, the room was large, comfortable and very clean. Kids enjoyed all the activities onsite. The hotel grounds are amazing, and it is within walking distance from the village.We had an English speaking customer representative, Rachel, which was great because she helped us order a buggy whenever needed and also answered other practical questions. The only part which was more complicated was the service at the western restaurant, we waited a very long time for our food and there were a lot of misunderstandings… but otherwise I fully recommend staying at this hotel!

我们住得很愉快，房间很大，很舒适，而且很干净。孩子们喜欢现场的所有活动。酒店场地很棒，步行即可到达村庄。我们有一位会说英语的客户代表 Rachel，这很棒，因为她在需要时帮助我们订购了一辆婴儿车，并回答了其他实际问题。唯一比较复杂的是西餐厅的服务，我们等了很长时间才上菜，而且还有很多误会……但除此之外我完全推荐住在这家酒店！

Location was good as it is near yucun village and in turn, the moganshan scenic area. There is however a severe dearth of information on how to get up / around the moganshan scenic area, and even asking the hotel staff didn’t seem to help. Given winter, there was close to nothing to do on the hotel compound. The hotel breakfast was as bad as the other reviews made it out to be (IMO, basically unpalatable). The bathroom / room also seemed to smell of sewage (perhaps due to lack of use over the winter period). No complaints about calling a golf cart to take us around the grounds. Was quick and easy. Staff were generally helpful. Not the easiest for non-mandarin speakers. Wouldn’t be a repeat stay for me.

位置很好，靠近余村，又靠近莫干山风景区。然而，关于如何起床/游览莫干山风景区的信息严重缺乏，甚至询问酒店工作人员似乎也没有帮助。由于是冬天，酒店内几乎没有什么可做的。酒店的早餐和其他评论一样糟糕（我认为，基本上不好吃）。浴室/房间似乎也有污水的味道（可能是由于冬季缺乏使用）。没有抱怨叫一辆高尔夫球车带我们参观场地。又快又简单。工作人员总体上都很乐于助人。对于不会说普通话的人来说，这并不是最容易的。对我来说不会重复入住。

I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with children. Lots of activities in the hotel for kids and Discovery Centre is within the hotel as well.Staff are extremely friendly and makes my family feel welcomed. Service is extremely good as well.

酒店很舒适，环境也不错非常喜欢的，超大露台躺在躺椅上很悠闲，适合一家出行，大堂經理很热情細心，處理問題到位很滿意，這次還送了生日蛋糕、瑪克杯，赞一个！下次有机会肯定还会再来的，值得推荐！

Excellent stay with my family at the Joe Lalli Resort. Room is extremely spacious and clean. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and welcoming.The Hotel has lots of activities for kids.I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling with children.

The resort is surrounded by hills/ mountains and the ambience is very refreshing. The air is fresh and all the staff are very friendly. Our guest service contact point was very helpful and arranged whatever we needed ( water , trolley for pickup, other information about resort etc) very efficiently.The breakfast was mix of western and Chinese and had sufficient spread.

度假村周围环绕着丘陵/山脉，氛围非常清新。空气清新，所有的工作人员都非常友好。我们的客户服务联络点非常乐于助人，非常高效地安排了我们需要的一切（水、接送车、有关度假村的其他信息等）。早餐是中西式的，种类丰富。
