Property is clean the bed was comfortable. |The design of the property is chinese 2010 style the rooms have no character and what i don’t get is the bathroom is your bedroom without a possibility for privacy i have seen this open concept many times but there was always an option for privacy very weird |The ac in the hotel common areas was shut down to save money. The staff don’t speak any english so good luck speaking to anyone. |Very disappointing stay reminds me of china 15 plus years ago before the international brands knew what they were doing |Next time i will stay in a different hotel.

This is a Sheraton that has been franchised out. It is less of a western hotel but more of a hotel catering to the Chinese population. |1. Gym looks to be run by an outside group of young adults. It is nothing as the picture on the website shows and it is not 24 hours as the room brochure says. It opens at 9 AM and closed at 10 PM. Coming from the US, this was very disappointing as I normally work out very early in the morning.|2. The restaurant food is more catered towards the Chinese locals. Very little food that I would say was meant for people from other countries. Dinner time was very busy but they were not guests of the hotel.|3. AC was not working. The rooms were very warm for some reason (maybe due to the hotel's facade being glass) and the AC was not working. It was just air coming through. Many people in the morning were complaining of this issue.|4. Room layout is strange. Although the room I stayed was very large, there is no full wall/door between the bathroom portion and the bedroom space. The bathtub was located in a very strange space. |5. The good thing is that the bed was very comfortable albeit was hot due to lack of AC.|If you are looking for another western hotel nearby, there is a Marriott that has a wonderful gym that is 24 hours open, breakfast is very nice and great options for dinner (supposedly the pizza is great).

The location os out of Shaoxing city center, it is in new district Shangyu. There is a Starbuck’s under the hotel building. Very close to several shopping malls. The Business Double Room bathroom and toilet is strangely equipped with glass windows directly looking into the room without enough frosting. You can hear every privilate sound and you can see the person inside very clearly. There is also a bathtub in the middle of the room. What kind of business colleagues can stay in such room, not alone a family. We had to cover the doors with bathrub and towels.

位置远离绍兴市中心，位于上虞新区。酒店大楼下面有一家星巴克。距离几个购物中心非常近。商务双人房的浴室和卫生间很奇怪，玻璃窗可以直接看到房间，没有足够的磨砂。你可以听到每一个私密的声音，你可以很清楚地看到里面的人。房间中间还有一个浴缸。什么样的商务同事可以入住这样的房间，而不是单独一家人。我们不得不用浴巾和毛巾盖住门。

I was on business travel and stayed here in Jul-2023. |The room was on 39th floor, corner room that has a very good view of hills and city overview. |However, the surprise factor was the interior set-up. The bathtub was outside (in open to room) which was little unusual. |The hotel lobby area was huge but was not visually pleasant due to only one color all over with same stone/marble color used over all internal walls.|Breakfast was good but challenge for Vegetarian option. Of-course language barrier was observed as well at hotel reception and also breakfast area. |Overall good stay.

第一天竟给我傷殘人仕的房間，因為浴室沒有玻璃屏幕，應只給坐輪椅人仕而浴室化妝枱也特別低，所以肯定是給我傷殘人仕房，但我是正常人仕呀！第二天去餐廳吃早餐要我企在外面等了20min. 以上,還要我先付按金才可內進第三天，已付按金仍說查不到，要我企在外面等了20分鐘以上，才讓我進！酒店系统亂，服務員處事又不靈活，讓我第一次在此酒店感覺非常不好!

Amazing stay at Sheraton Shaoxing hotel. Rooms are super clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Lot of amenities for a comfortable stay. A little far (45 mins) from Shaoxing city center and Shaoxing North railway station but that doesn’t change my overall rating.

绍兴喜来登酒店的住宿体验非常棒。房间超级干净而且非常舒适。早餐很棒。设施齐全，让您住得舒适。距离绍兴市中心和绍兴北站有点远（45 分钟），但这并没有改变我的总体评价。

A great experience! The hotel is really nice, beautiful. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is amazing! My room also had a very a nice view! Great cost-benefit ratio

We spent a lovely night here as a family in July --- mama, papa, two boys (5 and 9). It is a beautiful hotel, with a fantastic riverside walk just across the road.||||It was a most pleasant stay. There were some minor negative points related to the behaviour of some diners during the evening buffet --- obviously not the fault of the hotel. But overall, I was most impressed. ||||Bella at Reception was particularly attentive, but all staff were very good (as I'd expect).||||The room was lovely. The buffet dinner was delicious. The buffet breakfast was also delicious.||||The VIP lounge wasn't open, but we were accommodated in the lobby lounge: lovely service, cakes, and drinks.||||The swimming pool was great.||||A fantastic stay. We'll be back.||||Highly recommended!
