Not as expected. Excellent the location. Pros The hotel is surrounded by lots of restaurants specially HALAAL restaurants. Near by a night market. Breakfast fast buffet was excellent specially the restaurant staffs. Cons Rooms are not good as compared by a hilton hotel. They did not provide us tooth brushes, toothpaste, lotions, slippers etc. we have to call and get it after 6 hrs. We were group of 8 people with 4 rooms.

It was a great stay in Hilton Yiwu in our business trip, all the staff were great and so kind. Shally is an excellent manager, she helped us a lot in every little detail. Definitely recommend this hotel for any guest.Location was great, near from Yiwu market and good restaurants.Breakfast was very good, Chinese and western food.

Location is quite good. House keeping & service was okay. Breakfast could have been improved with few more continental options. There are many halal restaurants within vicinity of the hotel. However, what turned me totally off was the fact that hotel didn’t have any safety lockers in the rooms. I had to carry my laptop everywhere I went. There were no slippers nor coffee in the room. However, a call to the front desk solved everything. Within 2-3 minutes, everything was delivered to my room by a service robot & that made my day. My overall experience was good.

Excellent service provided by all team members at the Hampton Inn. The day staff speak English quite well so didn’t have any issues with communication. Bellman and their entire staff are willing to help with directions, luggage and taxis. Rooms are clean though a little small. Will definitely be staying here again.

汉普顿酒店的所有团队成员提供优质的服务。日间工作人员英语说得很好，所以沟通上没有任何问题。行李员和他们的全体员工都愿意帮助指导方向、行李和出租车。房间很干净，虽然有点小。肯定会再次住在这里。

第二天下午四點多回酒店，房間還未清潔，亮起要馬上清潔的燈，等了十多分鐘，服務員沒有洗用過的杯就跑掉！

Near night market. The area is near sultan restaurant and convenient but it’s not the closest to the market. It’s a good brand name and rooms are clean and service is excellent. Good English service and nice rooms.
