Hotel is close to international trade city. just 5mins walk. convenient store and restaurants, printing document shop close to hotel. but the hotel room and staffs need some upgrade and hospitality skills. Everytime u decide to stay in budget hotels in china, i learn that i have to do check cross with staffs before check in, eg: toilet can flush. air con works fine. room is not smell, no water leakage, and that cleaning service will come and clean your room everyday. They will alway have problem with either one i mentioned.||Lastly, laundry in this hotel is a rippoff. rmb10/shirt, and not professionally washed, dried, iron, folded. once dried they put into plastic bag and hand it bag to you. overall, they're fine. just need to cross check everything to avoid dissapointments.

酒店靠近国际商贸城。步行只需5分钟。酒店附近有便利店和餐馆、打印文件店。但酒店房间和员工需要一些升级和接待技能。每次你决定住在中国的经济型酒店时，我都知道在入住前我必须与工作人员进行交叉检查，例如：厕所可以冲水。空调运转良好。房间没有异味，不漏水，每天都有清洁人员来打扫房间。他们总是对我提到的任何一个都有问题。 ||最后，这家酒店的洗衣服务简直就是骗人的。 10元/件衬衫，且未经专业水洗、烘干、熨烫、折叠。干燥后，它们会放入塑料袋中并将其交给您。总的来说，他们都很好。只需要交叉检查一切以避免失望。

Para quem está passando por Yiwu a trabalho recomendo este hotel, limpo e organizado com um atendimento muito bom. Não tem a ostentação dos grandes hotéis da China, mas não se engane com sua fachada. Wi-Fi bom, café da manhã bom, quarto e banho ótimo.

对于任何经过义乌出差的人，我推荐这家酒店，干净整洁，服务非常好。它没有中国大酒店的浮夸，但不要被它的外表所迷惑。无线网络很好，早餐很好，房间和浴室都很棒。

Clean, nice staff, 1 minute walk from Futian market , all around is wholesalers for hut and manikin .||Food can be improved, but many restaurant around.||Staff do not speak English but they make effort to understand.||i will recommend strongly for the price and conditions.
